Football Shaped UFO As Large As A Carnival Cruise Ship Over Allentown Pennsylvania

Time: Evening.

I found your email online. I know this is going to sound crazy, but I have a sighting to report. If I didn't see this with my own two eyes I wouldn't have believed it. I always laughed when people told their stories about these" football shaped objects in the sky, now its no longer so funny to me. I was both amazed (as I tried to process what I was seeing) and alarmed at the size of this object.

It moved effortlessly, silently, and suddenly changed directions and vanished. It did not speed off like I have heard other people say when witnessing similar events. It was suddenly just gone. For something to disappear instantly, (at least something of this size,), it would have to be moving at accelerated speeds not yet developed. Below is an entire description of what I saw.

Location: Roth Street, 1 block from Fairmont street intersection, Allentown, PA. Object: spotted in the sky over a grouping of trees.

Description of Object: Football shaped, flying high, but not as high as a plane, flying in a diagonal pattern. Not sure of actual size. It appeared to be no less than the size of a very large Carnival cruise ship (as best I can describe).

It was definitely larger than the two commercial airliners that were in the sky at the same time. This was not a meteor or falling star. I am positive. This object moved deliberately. It was illuminated from the inside, red on the tail end, the rest was a soft, but bright white.

I can best compare the illumination to a frosted window that is lit from behind. Again, these were not external lights. When I saw the manner in which it was lit, the best word to describe what I thought was "intelligent". This is difficult to explain.

It was a perception, followed by a sensation of "awareness" that startled me. I know what I saw. I don't expect you to believe me, but I know what I saw. Again I know how crazy it all sounds. I cant believe no one has called or reported this sighting. I couldn't have been the only witness to this. Duration: 7-10 seconds.

Enormous Metallic UFO Falls From The Sky Over Lower Pennsylvania

At about 11:50 a.m I noticed a enormous metallic object fall from the sky over the skyline of lower P.A. If you drew a direct line down market street heading down town, that would be the location. It was very, very large and seemed to be traveling faster then a shooting star. It seemed really bright as if the sun glared off of it, especially towards the last view I had of it. If you blinked you missed it.

Large Orange Object Seen Near Newtown Pennsylvania

Date: January 1, 2011

Time: After midnight.

We saw the same thing in Northeast of Philadelphia near Newtown PA. We did the same thing, went outside New Year's so the kids could make some noise. There were 4 adults who saw the slow moving orange light. It was in the southern sky, moving west to east, about 80 degrees from the horizon. It was visible for about a minute.

It was similar to a sighting of the Space Station when it goes overhead, but this was definitely bigger and orange, not small and white light the Space Station. It was too slow for a meteor.

Hi Brian, I've been searching to see if anyone else has seen the light my best friend and her sister and I saw on the 18th of January, around 5:45pm.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was at my friends house for a New Years Eve party. It was just after midnight and we went outside for the kids to bang on pots and pans. My friends live on top of a hill that overlooks the whole Lehigh Valley, so we were watching fireworks in the distance when all of a sudden very slowly a large orange light came directly overhead moving west to east, there was no noise.

My friends thought it was a Chinese lantern, but i realized it wasn’t floating, but it was flying and it was to large to be a Chinese lantern! I watched it go off into the distance!

Experimental Craft Or Something Else Over Manheim County Pennsylvania

Sir, First of all, I want total anonymity. This is a sighting of maybe not a UFO, but what appears to me to be some secretive new form of flying craft. I live in Lancaster County Pennsylvania and at the time was working for a trash disposal company. It was November 23, a Friday I believe. The day after thanksgiving, the holiday off, we have to work the following Saturday to make up for the day off, so I went in on Friday three hours early to get a head start and make my Saturday shorter.

I went in at 1:30am and proceeded to Manhiem, Pennsylvania to start my route. I was on (removed to keep identity safe) right outside the town limits to the east dumping one of the several boxes in the area. I was facing west and off to the north I saw a strange brilliant white light descending and it finally disappeared behind the rolling hills to the north. I finished dumping the box, and proceeded into the heart of the town, turned north on Route 72 and headed to my next stop, not thinking about what I saw.

I turned right (east) on White Oak Rd., which is full of hills and sharp turns. I was at the top of one of these hills, when the light appeared again, this time very close.

I stopped my truck and turned off all the lights and flashers, stopping in front of one of the homes on the downside of the hill. I turned off the engine so nobody in the house would wake up. I got out of the truck, and walked past the house, up the small bank on the road and stood by a small tree. There in the distance I saw what appeared to be a craft with one bright light towards the nose and two roving softer lights moving about as if they were searching the ground for something. These lights were as best I can describe, like the follow spot lights on a stage that they use to illuminate the actors.

They not only moved all around as if on a pivot point, but they moved in and out the entire length of the wings (short and stubby) on the craft.

It came closer and closer, I noticed that they (there were two pilots in this thing) were concentrating both lights on something over my horizon. This craft was so close to me by then, that I could see the rivets and over lapping metal that formed the craft.

Down the center of the fuselage were some type of lights, about three inches wide and ten to twelve inches long, flashing from rear to front-pale yellow rear to pale orange front-and most amazingly, not a sound from this thing.

I stepped out from the tree, and watched for about thirty seconds or more, trying to observe what they were doing, when all of a sudden, the pilot in back tapped the front pilot and they both looked at me. In the flash of an eye, this thing glowed a brilliant blue/white light and sped away. No noise, no wind rush, nothing. The two pilots were definitely human, wearing what looked like the old type of jet fighter suit from the early sixties, with a white helmet and dark sunglass type of visor that they wore then.

After they left, I walked over the horizon and saw a small craft, is that what they were looking at or after? I don't know.

The craft was about the size of my tri-axle truck 25-27 feet long and it looked like a miniature sized space shuttle, the best I can describe. There were no markings of any kind that I could discern, only the lights that flowed from front to back (pale yellow to pale orange).

The interior of the cockpit was dimly lit up and I could see the two pilots clearly. I know it was man made, but what did it come from and were they going to start some cattle mutilations here. (this is a very rural area, with tons of Amish farms and Mennonite farms and lots of open space here).

I am not a drinking man nor am I prone to make things up. Please leave my name out of this I beg of you. One of the other drivers saw something, and when he told the guys at work he wound up quitting over the hassle he got.

It was around 6:45PM when my dad, my friend and I were outside on the snowmobile (even thought it was dark out) and we saw a super weird blue-purple ball flying from east to west in the sky. It lit up everything around us and looked like a blue daylight. It freaked us out! After a few seconds it blew up into red-orange ash. It was the weirdest and coolest thing I've ever seen! Do you know what this could possibly be?

Strange Unknown Lights Over Hershey Pennsylvania

time: Approx: 7:15 p.m.

I came across your post today on this website about your sighting of UFO/Fireball/meteor looking objects seen December 24, 2010. I’d also seen the same thing while driving home last night at approximately 7:15pm in Hershey, PA. We are on the same time zone, so this very strange to see the same things yet at different times.

If it was a meteor space junk, what are the odds that we would see the same exact objects. Only explanation I can assume is some sort of ET activity. I did report to MUFON last night after I’d gotten home, not sure if the report had been completely submitted, though I think it went through.

Please let me know if you come across any information in regards to what these objects could have been. The whole "sky-divers with flares" theory is really getting old now. Very weird how so many in various places are seeing similar things in the sky. Thanks for your time.

Two Orange Lights Over Wallingford Pennsylvania

Hi, I literally 10 minutes ago saw two orange orbs floating across my neighborhood. It is Christmas Eve, and I was outside with my dog. I saw the first one and figured by the time I got anyone outside to see it, it would be gone. But then a second one came along the same path as the first one so I called my husband to come outside and he saw both of them.

I Googled and found your site. I am absolutely positive they were not typical flying aircraft, there was no noise. They were way closer to the ground than an aircraft. If you have any questions, let me know. This occurred at 8:00 p.m. on December 24, 2010, over Wallingford, PA.

UFO Zig Zags And Comes To A Hover In The Sky Outside Of Lancaster Pennsylvania

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We are from the Philadelphia area and were on a family trip to Lancaster, PA. Even in 1991, it was hard to see alot of stars in our area, so we decided to stop the car at night and get out and look up at the sky in awe, because of how many stars that could be seen. (Way less light pollution at the time than there is now I'm sure.)

I believe this was along route 30 at the time. We noticed a "star" that was out of place and color, and when we were all looking at it, it all of the sudden got larger (as if it came down closer to us). Then after hovering there for about 20 or 30 seconds, it zig zagged to one side, then the other, about 1/10th of our field of vision in distance. It changed directions instantly without stopping, curving or accelerating. Then hovered again for about 10 seconds, then zapped right out of the atmosphere.

It looked like it zapped off into space and was out of sight within a second or 2. When it did zap out into space, it did one last zig zag, but it was a much smaller one. (Either that or it covered so much distance in a short amount of time that it appeared to be a smaller lateral movement than it was because of the distance.)

This is totally real, and has had me damn curious, if not obsessed with getting the truth ever since. I have always been into aviation and planes. I have been to airshows on a regular basis, and this silent object was not a conventional aircraft. Please email me with any questions.

Lights Over Glassport Pennsylvania

Hi, I also live in Glassport and seen the lights you are talking about. I live on one of the highest points in Glassport and watched the lights for about 10-20 min.

I saw swirling beams and at times it seemed like the bottom moved opposite of the top. It was also witnessed by my 5 other family members. I am not exactly sure of the date in October, but it was about 9:30-10:00pm when we saw the bluish columns swirling. I lived on the same street since 1968. I have never seen these lights before.

4 Round Blue Lights Over Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was driving to see a friend in Overbrook Park, Philadelphia, PA. As I turned off the main highway into the neighborhood, I saw lights fluttering above the houses in a distant. I thought maybe it was a helicopters search lights over the park.

As I drove closer to the park to my friends house, right above the row of houses near the park I pulled over to see where the lights were coming from. All I saw was 4 blue round light fluttering in a circular pattern above the clouds.

I could not see what the lights were from. They lasted about 15 minutes. They were going round and round pretty fast. When my friend walked up to my car, I asked if he had seen the lights over the park. He said he had seen them right before I arrived.

He did not know what they were and we both commented that they were strange and jokingly we made comments about maybe they were aliens.

UFO – Spinning Lights Over Glassport Pennsylvania

Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

In Glassport, Maryland Ave. at the top of the hill on 7th St. On October 3rd, Sunday at 10:00 p.m. I noticed from the side of the living room window, where the woods are, flickering lights. I did not pay much attention and thought it was the county airport checking the skies. It was very cloudy, cold and no rain. Around 10:00 pm I thought I would look out to see because the flickering of lights beneath the awning wouldn't stop.

I couldn't believe what I saw. When I looked up, I saw a half circle of rapidly spinning lights coming out of the top of a long horizontal cloud, and at the bottom of the cloud moving were a smaller circle of spinning lights spinning rapidly, horizontally, then the whole thing disappeared.

A few seconds later it would come back, I was mesmerized couldn't think to get a camera. This event lasted one hour off and on, at one point the lights spiraled downward and then solid beams of lights appeared moving in a circle. Everything disappeared after 11:00 pm. Did not see any shape of a craft or metal. I thought it could be supernatural? Very puzzling.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We were walking in front of the Buchanan Elementary going westward. When suddenly my friend spotted an orange glowing ball directly above the New Diaper Factory. We watched it for several minutes as it got a little higher and higher into the sky. It began to move over top of us traveling extremely slow.

At first we thought it was a glowing star or sun, however it was neither. I tried various times to record or captures pictures, but the camera quality on my phone was not good enough. None of us ever seen anything like it before. It traveled above us and slowly disappeared northward. The orange glowing ball didn’t get any higher and it was approximately a quarter mile high if I had to guess. It surprised me that no one else had seen it and reported it to the local paper or anything like that..
