Sarah and Obama on the Nuclear Playground

After an awesome day yesterday campaigning with the two conservative superheroines, we are heading to Nawlins for Madame to give a barnburner of a speech tomorrow! However, today, I'd like to do some video embedding. Madame and Madame Speaker were on Hannity last night, and Madame spoke about Obama's nuclear policy, comparing it to a little boy being asked to be punched in the face. Madame wishes that Obama would be more like Reagan. Obama nervously responded today. I wonder if the analogy Madame used hit too close to home for the President and reminded him of grade school in Indonesia. Finally, Madame wants Reagan? Her wish is my command:

Madame 45 Rearranges Reagan's Playbook!

Well,well, well. It has been quite the interesting last 24 hours. Last night we heard Steve Schmuck spread lies about Madame on 60 Minutes. It's all good though; Steve Schmuck and Katie "the Perky One" Couric have something in common: their credibility is indirectly proportionate to the length of their hair.

But the big news of the day is that Madame is going to be a contributor to Fox News! This means that she will probably get to work with some of the cool people I've met in New York and throughout the country like Sean, Bill, and Greta. She's also going to be doing periodic episodes of a show called "Real American Stories" about Americans overcoming adversity. I wonder if that means we'll be going on more road trips! I know one thing for sure. This move means that Madame is now officially the JOTUS: Journalist of the United States. Next move: POTUS!

The BOTUS informed me that this was such big news that Madame had become a trending topic on twitter when the news first came out. Then, tonight, Madame and BOTUS tweeted this message.

Allow the LOTUS to play political pundit for a moment. The Great Communicator began as a media personality then became a governor before becoming President. Madame may just be rearranging his playbook by starting as Governor, then working as a media personality before becoming President.

Madame, the Arctic Fox, may end up being crazy like a Fox by being on Fox!

How Can High Heels Leave Such a Big Footprint?

An article written for a Florida newspaper talks about the "online footprint" that Madame has made. My favorite website , Conservatives4Palin, covers this story more here. The article's author talks about how Madame can speak directly to her supporters via online means such as Facebook. Her supporters can also converse with each other via online means as well. Some may call this grassroots support. However, I'd like to Alaskanize the term "grassroots" and call it "tundraroots support". Let's take a look at some of the components of Madame's online footprint, shall we:

• Her Facebook page currently has 856, 755 supporters.
• Her Twitter page from when she was governor has 143, 980 followers.
• Team Sarah has 73,591 members.
• Conservatives4Palin has had nearly 1.8 million visitors since January.
• There are also dozens of other blogs out there in support of Madame.

Web 2.o technology (via Me!!!) has allowed Madame to connect with a lot of people and get her message out by bypassing traditional "journalism" (I have to put it in quotes because I don' t think real journalism exists too much anymore). Her ability to connect with Americans using alternative means is just one of the many similarities between Sarah Palin and Ronald Reagan. (Remember too, I had family who worked in the Reagan administration so I know about their similarities) In fact, in addition to calling Sarah Palin, Madame 45, I call her Reagan 2.0 as she is technologically and ideologically the 2.0 version of Ronald Reagan. In 1961, Ronald Reagan used a radio address to speak out against socialized medicine:



Madame, in 2009, has used Facebook to speak out against socialized medicine. The similarities between President Reagan and Madame are quite numerous.




There is one similarity between President Reagan and Madame that I, along with many of you, I'm sure, particularly want to see come to fruition. History does repeat itself!
