ARE WE MEN OR MICE?

According to the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution of the United States of America, the Congress is the Legislative Branch of the federal government. For those who may not have been schooled in such matters, that means that it is Congress (the House and the Senate) that is given the constitutional power (authority) to enact legislation. The Executive Branch (office of the President) has the power to sign the legislation into LAW or to veto it.

We the people elect the members of Congress as well as the President, therefore, if they obey the Constitution and their Oath of Office as they are required to do so, they represent the American citizens, in simple terms, they "work" for us.

But, we have a growing problem, that problem is the federal government, not only growing by leaps and bounds, but usurping powers that do not belong to the federal government. If people would only take the time to read the Constitution, it comes in a pocket size form and does not take that much time to read it, you will see that first, in the section that deals with the enumerated powers, telling what powers belong to each of the three branches of the federal government, it also says: "Any powers not delegated to any branch of the government by the Constitution, and not prohibited by it, belong to the states."

The federal government has VIOLATED this in a big way, for instance, look at all of the various Departments that have have come into existence since the founding of the United States;

Department of Energy, Department of Education, Department of Agriculture, Department of the Interior, Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Transportation, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Immigration, on and on ad-nauseum.

What really sucks, is that the 'appointed' heads (not elected by we the people) of these Departments, answerable to no one but the President, are allowed to enact their own rules, laws, statutes and regulations and then force we the people to obey them or else face arrest, huge fines and/or federal prison time. They have become governments unto themselves. And when it comes to obeying the laws of the Constitution and their own laws, they can choose which ones they wish to enforce.

Two cases in point. The Constitutional responsibility of the federal government is to protect the American citizens from attacks of all enemies both foreign and domestic. Yet, for years now, the Department of Immigration has refused to enforce our immigration laws, then the government claims our immigration system is "BROKEN", and their remedy is to leave our borders unprotected and grant amnesty to the illegals that are here and telling us that the illegals are "ENTITLED" all sorts of benefits to be paid for by the American taxpayers. Then as if that isn't bad enough, the head of the Immigration Department comes right and tells us that they may not necessarily prosecute and deport any illegals that are turned over to them.

The other example is the Transportation Department. They have now passed a very draconian law concerning full body scans and very intimate so-called pat-downs of all airline passengers, including pilots. We are now forced to either undergo a full body scan that actually reveals everything about the passengers body, including their sex organs. It is just as if you were standing there completely nude. If you don't agree to that, then you are told that you must under-go a very intimate body "pat down", that actually involves being groped and squeezed in very intimate places of your body, and they can actually put their hands down the pants, or under the dresses of passengers, including underage kids. If you are I did that very same thing to other people, especially to kids and strangers, it would be called a sexual assault and we would be arrested in a heart beat, but because the government does it, it is legal. If we just go along like sheepeople with this, how long do you think it will be before that start making bus and train passengers undergo this same humiliation?

If you refuse both the scan and the groping, then you will not be allowed to fly and you just may be subject to a huge fine. None of this was voted on or passed by Congress, yet we are forced to comply. Why are continuing to allow this to happen? When are Americans going to grow a set and put a stop to these abuses of power?

Can any one explain to me why it is that when those on the left don't get their way, they resort to violence, cracking skulls, smashing windows, setting fire to people's property, etc., until they finally get what they want, and they very seldom are held responsible for the damage they do, but those on the right just role over 'belly-up' and dutifully submit to every injustice, assault on their dignity and loss of their freedoms without doing more then paying lip service to what is going on?

Since, as I have stated many times, I am not, never was and never will be politically correct, let me assure you, that if anybody, including a government agent, even tries to grope or fondle me, my sons or my grandchildren I WILL split some skulls, priest or no priest.

Folks, we had all better wake up and prepare for REAL action because now, those on the left, at the urging and pressure of George Soros, are demanding that Obama completely by-pass the Congress and start to rule by fiat (Executive Order). There are also some on the left that are urging Union goons to start riots so that Obama can have an excuse to declare martial law. BE PREPARED and STAY ALERT.

THE OBAMA ELIGIBILITY CASE GETS MORE ASININE BY THE DAY:

As most of you know by now, Obama has a bank of lawyers whose sole responsibility is to quash any and all demands by We the People for proper documentation that Obama is constitutionally eligible to occupy the Oval Office. These lawyers are counting on a ruling that American citizens have no "standing" to demand that information.

In the latest brief submitted to the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, the attorneys stated, "that any injury to someone whose president is not eligible is the same injury for all people, so the individual has no legal standing to complain." DUH!

This particular case was brought by attorney Mario Apuzzo in January 2009 on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. The defendents in the case are Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives, former Vice President Dick Cheney and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

The case alleges that Congress failed to follow the Constitution, which "provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate 'elected' by the Electoral College Electors."

The government's statement will be answered by the scheduled deadline of March 22. In a statement, Kerchner said that basically, Obama's attorneys are saying that "Obama and Congress can totally ignore the U.S. Constitution and there is nothing that 'We the People' can legally do about it. Nobody has standing to right the wrong when Obama and Congress illegally violate Article II of the Constitution and seat an illegally an ineligible person as president and commander-in-chief of our vast military power."

My God, can you believe the arrogance of the buffoons in Washington, D.C. who are supposed to be working for us? WE THE PEOPLE created the federal government and we damn sure have the RIGHT to fix our totally broken and runaway federal government.

What is most telling is that the brief filed by Obama's lawyers does not even acknowledge allegations against Obama which are that he is not and cannot be an Article II 'natural born Citizen' because his father was a British subject/citizen and not a United States citizen and Obama himself was a British subject/citizen at the time Obama was born and that he has failed to even show that he is at least a 'citizen of the United States' by conclusively proving that he was born in Hawaii. This gives the appearance that the Justice Department does not want such allegations to be even included in any official court record.

Obama's father was only a temporary visitor to the United States when Obama was born and never became a resident let alone a citizen. Also, Obama has failed to prove that he was born in Hawaii by revealing his documentation. Obama did NOT post his birth certificate on his website, as he and his supporters continue to claim. What he posted was a 'certificate of live birth' which is different from a 'vault' or long-form birth certificate.

At the time of Obama's birth, Hawaii allowed parents to apply for and receive a 'certificate of live birth' for their children who were born elsewhere, including those born on foreign soil. Some of the main differences between an actual long-form (vault) birth certificate and a certificate of live birth are: A long-form birth certificate contains the name of the hospital in which the individual was born, the certificate of live birth does NOT. A long-form birth certificate contains the name of the doctor in attendance at the birth, the certificate of live birth does NOT. There is also other information that appears on a long-form birth certificate that is missing from a certificate of live birth.

Also, Obama has refused to produce his kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records and his adoption records. If he has nothing to hide, then why is he refusing to produce these records? And why does the White House and the MSM continue to ridicule and belittle those who exercise their rights as citizens by demanding that Obama prove that he is eligible?

Since we all know that Obama and the Congress have and are violating the Constitution through unconstitutional legislation, then how are we to believe that Obama and the Congress are not violating the Constitution concerning his eligibility to be president?

Yes, I know that there are many out there who feel that those of us who want proof of Obama's eligibility to hold the office of president are nothing more then crack pots or lunatics, but as I have stated many times in the past, this IS important to ALL Americans because either we HAVE a Constitution or we DON'T, either we ARE a nation of laws or we are NOT, and either the LAW applies to EVERYONE, including our elected officials or it ONLY applies to the LITTLE GUY.

If 'We the People', as citizens of the United States do not have standing in matters concerning the possible violations of the Constitution by our elected officials, then just who the hell does?

DO YOU BELIEVE AMERICA IS WORTH FIGHTING FOR?


The following is an email letter I wrote to Mr. Frank K. Ani Jr., Co-founder, Senior Advisor of the American Patriot Commission. Mr. Ani was kind enough to sent it out as a PDF press release to all members of the Commission. Following this letter is a video that I urge all to watch and listen to. Your life, your freedoms and the future of America may depend on it.

Dear Frank;

We all know what it would mean to our freedoms, to our Constitution and to the future of America if Obama signs the Copenhagen Agreement and if he signs Cap and Trade and the government health care into law. We all are also aware that when he signs the Copenhagen Agreement (and he plans on doing it in such a way that he by-pass the need for Congress to ratify it) it will become binding. Also, once Cap and Trade and the government run health care are signed into law, it will take years to undo them if ever. So, with all of this in mind, why in God's name are we allowing it to continue and go on?

Every body I know, just shrugs their shoulders and says; "We can vote Obama out in 2012," and people like Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck tell us that we have to fight this in a peaceful, non-violent way. Well, I have a news flash for America, WE DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION OF TIME! We cannot afford to wait until 2012 because in the meantime we will have lost a hell of a lot of our freedoms that we might NEVER get back, and what guarantee would we have that Obama will be voted out or that there will even be an election in 2012? There is always the distinct possibility that the political thugs in Washington, will cause an incident so that Obama can declare martial law and thereby suspend the election and the Constitution. The underhanded dirty tricks employed by Obama's pet organization, A.C.O.R.N, in last years election will be nothing compared to what his Chicago political thugs and Soros have planned for 2012. I have read a couple of articles where George Soros is planning on bankrolling a nation wide effort to see that only radical leftists get elected or appointed to the Position of Secretary of State in the majority of states, for the purpose of literally stealing the election in 2012, because it is each state's Secretary of State who validates the election results for their state. It was Josef Stalin who once said, "It doesn't matter how many people cast votes, what matters is who counts those votes."

Also, it should be very obvious by now that we have just about completely RUN OUT of legal and peaceful means to STOP Obama, his corrupt administration, and his corrupt supporters in Congress. Obama and all those in Washington have shown us time and again that they do not care what WE THE PEOPLE want, they refuse to listen. All of our petitions, rallies, demonstrations, phone calls, faxes, emails, and attending Town Hall meetings, do not mean a thing. Oh, some of them lead us to believe that they are listening to us and agree with us, then they turn around late at night in Congress and vote in the very things we fought against. The courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court refuses to hear our cases or they support the unconstitutional acts and laws enacted by Congress and signed into law by the president, or they tell those of us who bring the cases, that "We do NOT have standing to bring the case before the courts." My God, if American citizens do not have standing to bring cases concerning the violation of the Constitution, then just who the hell does?

All of this should tell the American people something. If we cannot win at the voting booth, if we cannot win through peaceful demonstrations, signing petitions, contacting our elected representatives, and if we cannot win through the courts, then that leaves only one option. As the head of the SEIU stated during an interview, "We will get what we want through the power of persuasion and if that fails, then we will get it through the persuasion of power." We all know what he meant by that, and we do have documented cases of SEIU members assaulting and beating up Conservatives who disagree with them. So when are those on the right going to wake up realize that we MUST take a page from the left's playbook and use it against them?

As I have stated, we no longer have the luxury of time and no longer have any peaceful or legal options left to save our country and our freedoms. I suggest that Patriotic Americans grow a set and as soon as Obama leaves the country for Denmark, then we should march en mass on Washington, D.C., armed with whatever we can get our hands on, and surround the White House (the people's House) and the Capitol Building to prevent Obama and the members of Congress from entering, and to demand an immediate END to this administration and for the immediate installation of an interim government until the next election can be held. We must also DEMAND an immediate investigation, by an independent non-partisan group, into acts of malfeasance, dereliction of duty and crimes against the Constitution and the people of the United States by Obama, members of his administration, members of Congress and the courts. We must also Demand that the guilty, no matter who they are, are punished to the fullest extent of the law. If it means using violent means to achieve this, then so be it, because peaceful means have failed and will continue to fail. If America and our freedoms are worth saving, then they are worth saving by what ever means necessary. The sooner American citizens realize this, the better.

Madame's Political Science Lesson

Today marked the 222nd anniversary of the signing of the United States Constitution. The two Constitutional law professors, the Great Opologizer and Vice President Hair Plugs, that we have leading our great nation did indeed declare today Constitution Day and Citizenship Day. What article outlines the role of the executive branch, Mr. Biden? However, the Great Opologizer spent much of today trying to perfect his President Carter imitation. Peanut farmer, ACORN leader--it's all nuts, I tell you!

Madame wrote a nice, concise Facebook post about the Constitution:

“The Constitution of the United States was created by the people of the United States composing the respective states, who alone had the right.” - James Madison

Today marks the 222nd anniversary of the formation and signing of our Constitution. The United States Constitution is one of the greatest founding documents in history because it charted a bold new path in the realm of political theory. Not only does the Constitution establish checks and balances within the federal government, it also divides power among the federal government, the states, and the people. The Founders understood that it is the nature of government to grow at the expense of the people’s liberty; and with that in mind, they established a form of government that would be limited in scope and power in order to maximize power to the people.

Today, let’s also take the opportunity to thank our armed forces. The weight of defending our liberty rests on their shoulders, and because of their efforts and sacrifice, we can celebrate the 222nd anniversary of the formation of our Constitution.

"The Constitution is a bold new path in the realm of political theory." It is the oldest and shortest written Constitution of any major government in the world. It does limit the power of the federal government while dividing power among state and local governments. It's this crazy little thing called federalism, Mr. President. Madame and Thomas Jefferson know a little bit about this thing called federalism as also re-emphasized in the 10th amendment.

My press secretary is from the Great Opologizer's home state of Illinois, and she told me that the Illinois state motto is "state sovereignty, national union". This is a concept completely lost on President Obama.

Madame also emphasized, " [t]he Founders understood that it is the nature of government to grow at the expense of the people’s liberty; and with that in mind, they established a form of government that would be limited in scope and power in order to maximize power to the people". It sounds like Madame understands the ninth amendment. Madame knows that it was self-determination and rugged individualism that founded this country, and it is self-determination and rugged individualism that must sustain this country.

As always, Madame took time to thank the troops. I know that she is especially excited that her favorite soldier is due home this weekend.

Although Madame did not explicitly mention the first two amendments in today's post, I know that she is particularly fond of these two amendments.

She took the time to emphasize the time in her Farewell speech to emphasize two rights mentioned in the First Amendment:

Together we stand with gratitude for the troops who protect all our cherished freedoms. This includes our First Amendment guaranteed freedom of speech – which, par for the course – I shall exercise. First, with some “straight talk,” I will address some, just some, in the media because another right that is protected is the freedom of the press. You have such important jobs reporting facts and informing the electorate and exerting power to influence. You represent what could and should be a respected and honest profession that could and should be a cornerstone of our democracy. Democracy depends on you. That is why our troops are willing to die for you. So, how about in honor of the American soldier you quit making things up. And don’t underestimate the wisdom of the American people.

Finally, just for kicks, I would like to compare and contrast Madame exercising her second amendment rights and First Lady Obama exercising her second amendment rights. Let's just say they interpret this amendment a little bit differently.

What Hath We Wrought Upon Our Nation?

I owe a note of thanks to my good buddy over at the Localmalcontent
for bringing the following audio to my attention. It is from an interview that B. Hussein Obama gave on NPR back in 2001.

When you hear him describe the Constitution of the United States as being "a limited and limiting piece of paper," and claiming it to be a "charter of 'Negative liberties' and that it does not say what the government must do on our behalf," you will understand why I was so disgusted yesterday when he gave his little lip flap about Gitmo while standing in front of the Constitution of the United States. The dip-wad even insults the founding fathers for being so short-sighted, all within the first two minutes of the interview. Then for the final two minutes, he talks about redistribution of the nation's wealth. And please keep in mind that this poser claims to be a Constitutional lawyer and that he taught Constitutional law. Those that heard this interview at the time, should have seen the writing on the wall as to what Obama's intentions were for the United States.

FROM THE COUCH OF MUNCHKIN - OR WHO LET THE DOG OUT?_#7

ACCORDING TO A REPORT PUBLISHED ON SATURDAY MARCH 14th, BY THE MISSOURI INFORMATION ANALYSIS CENTER< YOU COULD BE A DANGEROUS DOMESTIC TERRORIST IF:



1.) You believe that Barack Obama is strong on 'gun control' and if you believe that he will enact gun confiscation legislation.

FACT: Obama himself made the statement, more than once, that he is against private gun ownership, reversing himself only once close to the election, so we have reason to be worried.

2.) You hold to the belief that Barack Obama may NOT be constitutionally eligible to hold the Office of President, due to questions of where he may have been born.

FACT: Conflicting statements on the part of Obama's relatives, and the refusal on the part of Obama himself to produce a valid long form of his original birth certificate to prove that he was born in Hawaii as he claims, and the fact that Obama's paternal grandmother, a half-brother and half-sister, as well as the Kenyan Ambassador to the United States have publicly claimed that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, lead many of us to have very serious doubts that Obama was born in Hawaii.

3.) If you have anger issues towads the Federal Reserve Banking System.

FACT: The very fact that the Federal Reserve Banking Act was enacted in a totally unconstitutional (therefore illegal manner on December 23, 1913) is what angers many American citizens, along with the fact that the Federal Reserve Banking System (a privately owned banking cartel) is allowed to print money out of thin air (a FIAT money system) and putting the labor, property and assets of every man, woman and child in America, up as collateral (through the federal income tax, making the IRS the "collection agency" for the Federal Reserve System) to back up the fiat money printed by the Fed.

4.) If you believe that our government is planning a "NORTH AMERICAN UNION" that will link Canada, the United States and Mexico based on the European Union, with a single currency for all three countries, with a NAFTA "superhighway" running from Mexico all the way to Canada.

FACT: Former Mexican President Vicente Fox, admitted to this over a year ago on the Larry King Live T.V. show. Also there is the FACT that even members of Congress had warned President Bush, about a year ago, NOT TO TAKE THIS ANY FURTHER, when he made a State visit to Canada. Yet the idea is still being discussed in the halls of Congress and else where, and between the leaders of Mexico, the U.S. and Canada. Also land is still being procured, either through direct purchase by our government or confiscation through eminent domain, running right through the center of the U.S., for the proposed "superhighway"., so I believe that we have reason to worry.

5.) If you believe that Obama is planning a Civilian Homeland Defense Corp that will be well armed and bigger than all of our armed forces put together, (much like a nationwide national police force) and a Universal Service Program that will require all citizens between the ages of 18 and 25 to attend no less than a three year madatory service.

FACT: Obama has talked about this himself, several times and has stated that he plans to implement them.

6.) If you believe that the government is planning for an eventual Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tracking program that will enforce mass RFID human implantations of tracking chips which would make it possible for the goverment to continually track the location of all citizens.

FACT: First of all, the manufacturers of these implantable tracking chips have openly talked about this. second, many places have already started utilizing this system. Third, the government is openly discussing putting such tracking chips in a NATIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSE, and they are already being used in American Passports. The government has already enacted a law that mandates that all T.V. broadcasters end all analog broadcasting by June of this year. to free up the analog radio frequencies. The government claims that it needs the analog frequencies for FIRST RESPONDERS in case of emergencies, (first responders are police, fire fighters, EMT'S and ambulance drivers), but common sense would tell you that first responders already have their own radio frequencies. So what is the real reason that the government wants those frequencies? We have a right to be concerned about this.

7.) If you have concerns about a very possible collapse of the economic system of the United States due to economic malfesence on the part of the members of Congress.

FACT: The way Obama and the Congress are spending taxpayer money like drunken sailors or college kids high on pot during spring break, with nothing to really show for it, and the fact that they have increased the national debt by trillions of dollars is reason enough to worry. Every time they turn around, this administration finds more new groups or companies to bail out at our expense.

8.) If you have pro-Democracy type bumper stickers on your car, or bumper stickers supporting Texas Senator Ron Paul, or if you blog or write about your support of the U.S. Constitution.

FACT: As loyal and patriotic American citizens, aren't we supposed to support our Constitution? Aren't our elected officials supposed to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States?

I believe that the powers that be are attempting to stifle political thought and free speech that is not favorable toward the ONE (Barack Hussein Obama). Now you can understand why I wrote this blog instead of my Daddy. He is 'guilty' of all of the above, so he grabbed his Bible and his gun and is hiding under his bed (where I will be joining him as soon as this is posted) and refuses to answer the door or the phone, just in case it is the Feds.

A BAD DREAM?

Giggle for Today

The Sermon:

A visiting minister waxed eloquent during the offertory prayer. He began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face, "Without you we are but dust... “



He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter (who was listening) leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little girl voice, "Mom, what is butt dust?"

An Omen of Things to Come or Just a Bad Dream:

I don’t want to scare the pants off of anyone, but somehow I feel compelled to share the following with my readers.

For two nights in a row I have had the same dream with only very slight variations. In the dream, after Obama takes the ‘Oath of Office’, either on the night of his inauguration or shortly thereafter, there is a very serious incident that takes place and the first thing Obama does is to suspend the Constitution, and place the entire country under martial law.

In the dream, I had the unmistakable impression that the incident was manufactured and staged by the Obama administration solely for the purpose OF suspending the Constitution.

As unrest and sporadic violence began to spread and the financial situation worsened, Obama sent out the military to go door-to-door to confiscate, by force, peoples legally owned fire arms. This was then followed up by the arrest and detention of all those who spoke out in opposition to Obama, in the press, on T.V. or radio, and on the internet.

The scariest part of the dream, came when Obama ordered the formation of his ‘civilian defense’ squad (which he had talked about a couple of times during his campaign), and these squads went about rounding up all those whom Obama and his administration deemed as a drain on society, such as; the handicapped, the elderly, mentally impaired, and all those who were in prison.

From then on things seemed to get progressively worse, with people being euthanized in a wholesale fashion, and this whole scenario being repeated around the globe with other heads of state doing the same thing in their countries.

This dream then brought back to my mind the Hegelian Dialectic, which for those who may not remember, is a theory that says in order to take total control over a society or country, those in charge must first create a solution to a problem or situation that does not exist, then when the solution is in place, you then create or allow the problem or situation, for which you have created the solution, to take occur so that you can institute the solution.

Was this an omen of things to come, or just a bad dream caused by rather large peanut butter and jelly sandwiches I enjoyed just before going to bed? I hope and pray that it was the latter.

This morning had a conversation with a couple of people who attended my church service. We were talking about Obama and his involvement in the A.C.O.R.N scandals and the lawsuits that have been field against him concerning his citizenship status and possible constitutional ineligibility to hold the Office of President. One of the people told me that if I knew what was good for me, I should keep my mouth shut about those matters and any other matters that concern government corruption, because I couldn’t win. I asked that individual what was the worse they could do, kill me. She answered no; they could imprison you for the rest of your life.

That conversation got me to thinking, if people are so afraid to speak out against the evils and wrong doing on the part of those whom WE have elected to run our government, and if we have allowed ourselves to be cowed into not taking action to defend our rights and freedoms, then we have already lost and are no longer a free people.
