ARE WE MEN OR MICE?

According to the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution of the United States of America, the Congress is the Legislative Branch of the federal government. For those who may not have been schooled in such matters, that means that it is Congress (the House and the Senate) that is given the constitutional power (authority) to enact legislation. The Executive Branch (office of the President) has the power to sign the legislation into LAW or to veto it.

We the people elect the members of Congress as well as the President, therefore, if they obey the Constitution and their Oath of Office as they are required to do so, they represent the American citizens, in simple terms, they "work" for us.

But, we have a growing problem, that problem is the federal government, not only growing by leaps and bounds, but usurping powers that do not belong to the federal government. If people would only take the time to read the Constitution, it comes in a pocket size form and does not take that much time to read it, you will see that first, in the section that deals with the enumerated powers, telling what powers belong to each of the three branches of the federal government, it also says: "Any powers not delegated to any branch of the government by the Constitution, and not prohibited by it, belong to the states."

The federal government has VIOLATED this in a big way, for instance, look at all of the various Departments that have have come into existence since the founding of the United States;

Department of Energy, Department of Education, Department of Agriculture, Department of the Interior, Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Transportation, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Immigration, on and on ad-nauseum.

What really sucks, is that the 'appointed' heads (not elected by we the people) of these Departments, answerable to no one but the President, are allowed to enact their own rules, laws, statutes and regulations and then force we the people to obey them or else face arrest, huge fines and/or federal prison time. They have become governments unto themselves. And when it comes to obeying the laws of the Constitution and their own laws, they can choose which ones they wish to enforce.

Two cases in point. The Constitutional responsibility of the federal government is to protect the American citizens from attacks of all enemies both foreign and domestic. Yet, for years now, the Department of Immigration has refused to enforce our immigration laws, then the government claims our immigration system is "BROKEN", and their remedy is to leave our borders unprotected and grant amnesty to the illegals that are here and telling us that the illegals are "ENTITLED" all sorts of benefits to be paid for by the American taxpayers. Then as if that isn't bad enough, the head of the Immigration Department comes right and tells us that they may not necessarily prosecute and deport any illegals that are turned over to them.

The other example is the Transportation Department. They have now passed a very draconian law concerning full body scans and very intimate so-called pat-downs of all airline passengers, including pilots. We are now forced to either undergo a full body scan that actually reveals everything about the passengers body, including their sex organs. It is just as if you were standing there completely nude. If you don't agree to that, then you are told that you must under-go a very intimate body "pat down", that actually involves being groped and squeezed in very intimate places of your body, and they can actually put their hands down the pants, or under the dresses of passengers, including underage kids. If you are I did that very same thing to other people, especially to kids and strangers, it would be called a sexual assault and we would be arrested in a heart beat, but because the government does it, it is legal. If we just go along like sheepeople with this, how long do you think it will be before that start making bus and train passengers undergo this same humiliation?

If you refuse both the scan and the groping, then you will not be allowed to fly and you just may be subject to a huge fine. None of this was voted on or passed by Congress, yet we are forced to comply. Why are continuing to allow this to happen? When are Americans going to grow a set and put a stop to these abuses of power?

Can any one explain to me why it is that when those on the left don't get their way, they resort to violence, cracking skulls, smashing windows, setting fire to people's property, etc., until they finally get what they want, and they very seldom are held responsible for the damage they do, but those on the right just role over 'belly-up' and dutifully submit to every injustice, assault on their dignity and loss of their freedoms without doing more then paying lip service to what is going on?

Since, as I have stated many times, I am not, never was and never will be politically correct, let me assure you, that if anybody, including a government agent, even tries to grope or fondle me, my sons or my grandchildren I WILL split some skulls, priest or no priest.

Folks, we had all better wake up and prepare for REAL action because now, those on the left, at the urging and pressure of George Soros, are demanding that Obama completely by-pass the Congress and start to rule by fiat (Executive Order). There are also some on the left that are urging Union goons to start riots so that Obama can have an excuse to declare martial law. BE PREPARED and STAY ALERT.

Our Government is Totally Out of Control!

The blatant hypocrisy of Barack Obama seems to know no bounds. He insisted over and over again that he is a “life long devout Christian”, yet ever since he threw his American hating pastor of twenty years, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, under the bus for political expediency, neither he nor any member of his family has graced the inside of any church since his inauguration.

Now this evil abortion loving, homosexual placating S.O.B. has the audacity to call upon Christian church leaders to push his National Health Care from their pulpits, telling them that he feels that it is a core ethical and moral responsibility of every American to help provide health care to the uninsured. Just who the hell is this schmuck to tell us what our moral responsibility is?

This is NOT Christian, no matter how one slices it. Yes, Jesus did say that we should help the poor, but that help MUST come from the heart, forced charity is NOT charity, it is coercion plain and simple.

Now Obama and his cohorts in the Senate are threatening to use force to get his National Health Care shoved down the throats of the American people. And he has changed the names of what he calls it. First it was a public option, now it is called a public co-op, but no matter what you call a turd, it still stinks to high heaven. No matter what he tries to tell us, there is language in the bill that will force all private insurers out of business and forcing Obama’s single payer option on the country. This administration is not interested in reforming our health care system; they are solely interested in a complete government take over of the health care system.

Obama is a liar and deceiver of the highest order. He cares nothing about the damage he is doing to this country and to the people with his health care plan, and this is just the first step of government take over of every aspect of our lives, and what Obama and the Congress are doing is absolutely unconstitutional and illegal.

I just hope and pray that if the Senate uses their nuclear option to force this bill into law, that each of you will have the moral courage to take to the streets, for how ever long it takes, to force this to either be repealed or force it into the Supreme Court, because neither the Congress nor the president has the constitutional authority or power to be involved in health care. If that don’t work, then we must force the government to call for a constitutional convention so that we the people can demand amendments that would absolutely prevent any branch of the government or individual from usurping powers that do not belong to them. If that don’t work, then our final option would be to force our individual state governors to declare secession from the Union and this rogue government.

Our government has broken faith with We the People, many years ago and they have been doing it continuously ever since. Please read the Declaration of Independence. The founding fathers were very clear when they stated: “We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, that they endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to Secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the RIGHT of the People to ALTER or to ABOLISH it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness…..”

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security….”

We have witnessed and are continuing to witness one usurpation after another and one abuse after another of the Constitution of the United States by our elected Senators, Representatives, the President and the Supreme Court. It is time to exercise our RIGHT and throw off these despots before they have the opportunity of becoming truly tyrannical. What say you? Where do you stand?
