Letter to All Congressmen/women

I know that this posting is rather long and I apologize for that, but I really feel that this is extremely important and I don't think our CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC has much time left, which means we MUST act now. Therefore, I am asking ALL Americans who view this blog to due the following:

First: locate the email address of all the representatives of your state, from the list at the bottom of this posting and send them a copy of the following letter. Also, send a copy of the letter to all of your email contacts and urge them to do the same.

Second: take the time to then send a copy of the letter to as many of the rest of the members of Congress as you can. Lets inundate them all, so that they will know that we mean business.

Letter to All Congressmen/women

Honorable Congressman/woman;

In reference: Keys vs. CA, October 26, 2010, where the Judge acknowledged the Congress as responsible to resolve the following issue.

Criminal action: As DNC Chair, Nancy Pelosi signed two different Certificates of Nomination at the '08 Democratic National Convention. One contained the phrase: Messrs Obama and Biden “are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution." The other did not. Why?

The Democratic Party of Hawaii's (DPH) Nomination Certificate used significantly less restrictive language: “the candidates for President and Vice President are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the National Democratic Parties...,” omitting the key phrase “legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the US Constitution.” Why?

Hawaii Election Law states that the Nomination must state “that each candidate is legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution.”

The DPH, intentionally/ negligently, violated Hawaiian State Election law using incorrect qualification wording.

The DPH, responsible and most able to verify the eligibility of the Presidential candidate, shirked their duty.

The DPH filed their Certificate on 27 of August 2008, one day prior to the DNC Certification.

The DPH's 2000 and 2004 Presidential filings read: “This is to certify that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the US are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the US Constitution."

Conclusions: As filed, the DNC documents shows intent to mislead all State Supervisors of Elections, all Governors, and all state Attorneys General. DPH filed a misleading at the least, or a deceitful at the worst, Certificate for the 2008 Election.

Many states have laws specifying the language to use on the “Official Certificate of Nomination.” Instead most states have on file the facsimile copy of the Certificate prepared by the DNC Chair, which in several states violates their specific law. Why! Further, why did the officials of those states not challenge the filing which is not in accordance with their state law?

Your duty as a member of Congress: You should recognize this deceit, fraud, and conspiracy as substantial and significant merely from these few facts presented herein. It should be eminently obvious that there has been subterfuge of the highest degree regarding the nomination procedures at the hands of Ms Pelosi (DNC) and the DPH. As such, it constitutes an affront to the requirements as set forth in the US Constitution. You, as a respected member of Congress, sworn to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC, have a sworn duty to immediately call for an investigation to delve deeper into what appears to be a criminal act.

Mr. Barack Hussein Obama has NOT proven to the people of the United States that he is constitutionally eligible to occupy the Office of President of the United States as he has NOT made public his original vault form (long form) Birth Certificate. What he had posted to his website during the campaign was NOT a Birth Certificate, rather it was a Certificate of Live Birth which is NOT the same as a Birth Certificate. Nor has Mr. Obama made public any of his school records, passport information, etc., instead, he has spent over two million dollars to a team of lawyers to make sure those records are kept hidden. Why? If he had nothing to hide, then why does he refuse to make his records available?

We have NOT received justice through the Courts, as to date, ALL Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court have absolutely REFUSED to hear any of the cases brought by various citizens in regard to this eligibility issue. This issue will NOT go away, even if Mr. Obama is voted out of Office in 2012, because if it is proven that Mr. Obama was not constitutionally eligible to hold the Office of President of the United States, and Commander-in-Chief of our armed forces, then ALL of the laws, rules, regulations and statutes, including Executive Orders will become null and void.

We the People know and realize that this could and may cause some serious problems for the country, but this would be highly preferable to having the Constitution of the United States (the Supreme Law of the Land) trashed and trampled on by the very people whom we elected and who swore an oath to uphold and defend that very Constitution.

Do not dismiss this charge of conspiracy lightly. The damage wrought upon our country is incalculable and cannot be remedied by ignoring it. It must be dealt with directly, immediately, and objectively, by you.

We the People of the United States of America are NOT kooks, mindless morons or conspiracy theorists. We care deeply about our country and want to keep our Constitutional Republic, and if need be, we will fight to the death to do so. We therefore charge you to review the Certifications of the Republican and Democratic candidates for the 2008 Presidential Election of your state. Decide, in conjunction with your Governor, Attorney General, and Supervisor of Elections if there is a problem, and if so, we DEMAND that you not only take every legal step to remedy this situation, but that you ORDER, by every means possible (including IMPEACHMENT), that Mr. Barack Hussein Obama produce and make PUBLIC ALL of his above mentioned documents. Please remember, NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW, not even Barack Hussein Obama or any of the members of Congress, (both the House and the Senate). This communique is being sent to every member of the Congress.

MORE JUDICIAL MADNESS AND DESTRUCTION OF THE CONSTITUTION:

Another Court Aids and Abets Barack Obama in Hiding the Truth About His Constitutional Eligibility to Hold the Office of President:

A California State Court Judge has made the most asinine ruling as Barack Hussein Obama took another giant step to destroy the Constitution of the United States.

Obama's attorneys, working hand-in- glove with Liberal California State Attorney General Jerry Brown, convinced the judge in a case today, March 13th, to rule that ONLY members of Congress can challenge the qualifications of Obama to serve as President.

The judge went on to rule that such a challenge can ONLY be made on the 6th day of January following the meeting of the Presidential electors, at the session of Congress where the vote of the Electoral College is counted and the results announced. The judge stated; "This is the exclusive means for challenges to the qualifications of a President..." The Court the proceeded to block the United States Justice Foundation's subpoena for the college records of Barack Obama.

Apparently, this judge NEVER heard of WE the PEOPLE. Since when, where the Constitution of the United States is concerned, WE the PEOPLE do not have the RIGHT to be heard? Where the hell in the Constitution does it say anything about ONLY members of Congress have the right to challenge a presidential candidate's qualifications or that such a challenge can ONLY be done on the 6th of January? This whole thing STINKS to high heavens of CORRUPTION, CONSPIRACY and COVER-UP on the part of ALL THREE BRANCHES OF THE GOVERNMENT along with various State Courts.

The USJF plans to continue the fight all the way to the Supreme Court, but I can almost predict the outcome, since the SCOTUS has refused to hear any of the cases concerning Obama's qualifications, which have been brought before it in the past.
