Another Court Aids and Abets Barack Obama in Hiding the Truth About His Constitutional Eligibility to Hold the Office of President:

A California State Court Judge has made the most asinine ruling as Barack Hussein Obama took another giant step to destroy the Constitution of the United States.

Obama's attorneys, working hand-in- glove with Liberal California State Attorney General Jerry Brown, convinced the judge in a case today, March 13th, to rule that ONLY members of Congress can challenge the qualifications of Obama to serve as President.

The judge went on to rule that such a challenge can ONLY be made on the 6th day of January following the meeting of the Presidential electors, at the session of Congress where the vote of the Electoral College is counted and the results announced. The judge stated; "This is the exclusive means for challenges to the qualifications of a President..." The Court the proceeded to block the United States Justice Foundation's subpoena for the college records of Barack Obama.

Apparently, this judge NEVER heard of WE the PEOPLE. Since when, where the Constitution of the United States is concerned, WE the PEOPLE do not have the RIGHT to be heard? Where the hell in the Constitution does it say anything about ONLY members of Congress have the right to challenge a presidential candidate's qualifications or that such a challenge can ONLY be done on the 6th of January? This whole thing STINKS to high heavens of CORRUPTION, CONSPIRACY and COVER-UP on the part of ALL THREE BRANCHES OF THE GOVERNMENT along with various State Courts.

The USJF plans to continue the fight all the way to the Supreme Court, but I can almost predict the outcome, since the SCOTUS has refused to hear any of the cases concerning Obama's qualifications, which have been brought before it in the past.

Dr. Alan Keyes says Barack Obama 'Has Something To Hide' Concerning His Eligibility.

Dr. Alan Keyes, former U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., and a 2008 presidential candidate who is now a plaintiff in one of the multitude of lawsuits seeking to verify whether Barack Obama qualifies to hold the Office of President under the Constitution's natural born citizen clause, says that the tactics being used by the lawyers for Obama confirm that there IS an issue for the courts to investigate.

Keyes, who ran as a candidate of the American Independent Party, pointed to a recent exchange with lawyers representing Barack Obama in which they warned they might seek monetary penalties AGAINST those raising questions of Obama's eligibility under the Constitution's requirement that the president be a "NATURAL BORN" citizen.

Dr. Keyes says, "It confirms the common sense suspicion that he won't act forthrightly in this matter because he has something to hide."

The onetime U.S. ambassador explained that those raising questions concerning Obama's eligibility have -- so far -- been simply ignored by the courts. "In effect, the courts are refusing to admit plaintiffs into the courtroom thereby denying them justice," Keyes said. He went on to say, "Madison wrote, 'Justice is the end of government. It is the end of civil society. It will be pursued either until it be obtained or until liberty be lost in the pursuit.' The denial of justice is thus a despotic act that violates the basis of not only of just government, but of civil society itself."

Dr. Keyes said that Obama voluntarily placed himself in the position of being asked to provide his information. Keyes went on to say that, "Given the Constitutional requirement, the only fact citizens need to justify their suit is the fact that Obama ran for president. He asked to be chosen, and therefore MUST answer the eligibility question. In the final analysis if the courts refuse to respect the Constitution, they are not the judges of their own actions. The people must ultimately decide. Which is why I and others will use every outlet to inform them of the injustice being done not to just individuals but to the sovereign people as a whole."

Keyes states, "Why should they demand penalties against citizens who are simply seeking the enforcement of the Supreme Law of the Land? It is simply because their persistence runs contrary to the will of a supposedly popular demagogue. This smacks of tyrannical arrogance. That Obama thus signals his intent to bring financial ruin on those who won't accept his cover-up of the circumstances of his birth is a tatical escalation."

"As one of the targets of this escalation, I need no more convincing proof of the ruthless disposition so far successfully masked by his empty rhetoric of hope and change. Obviously he means to offer hope only to those willing to surrender their most basic rights. To any who insist on questioning his actions, he offers the drastic change of ruin and destruction. So be it. We shall be among those who learn firsthand the meaning of the sacrifices made by the Founders of our free republic, as they pledged and gave up their lives, their fortunes and the world's esteem." Keyes said.

Every American citizen should ask themselves, WHY ARE THE COURTS COVERING UP FOR OBAMA? WHAT EXACTLY IS IT THAT OBAMA IS HIDING? Yes, something most certainly STINKS in America.
