I hope you all feel as "HAD" as I do. Can anyone explain to me how in G_D's Holy Name it can be even close to legal to sign something into law that hasn't even been written yet?

That's right, Congress passed and Obama signed into law something that hasn't even been written yet, which means that the powers that be will be making it up as they go along and WE THE PEOPLE are forced to go along with it. On three, lets all bend over and drop our pants; 1, 2, 3....... .

So, who's ass is Obama kicking? Can you say: "Thank you sir, may I have another?"




And as far as Helen Thomas goes, when she said the Jews should "GET THE HELL OUT OF PALESTINE AND GO BACK TO POLAND, GERMANY. . . .," or where ever else they came from, may be her words, but you can bet that they reflected the sentiments of Obama and his administration. Nothing happens in a vacuum.

Let us pray that before the wrath of G_d really comes down on the United States, Obama's house of cards comes crashing down around him.

LIES, LIES, AND MORE LIES:

Now more then ever, I feel that Obama, Pelosi and Reid will get their wish and Obama care WILL be passed and signed into law over the loud and clear objections of 75% - 80% of the American people. As of right now, Pelosi is is just five votes short of getting the bill passed and it seems likely she will get them and maybe more by Obama's deadline of March 18th, it seems that many of those serving in Congress change their so-called 'core values' more often then most people change their underwear. They are willing to fall on their swords if Pelosi so orders them. If I am right and this travesty of justice does happen, I am urging all those who are against a government take over of our health care system to get up off your butts, rise up and storm Washington, D.C., by force if you have to.

Those of you have sons, daughters, nieces, nephews or grandchildren, serving in the military, to ask them point blank, on which side will you stand in the final showdown. Will you stand with the Constitution or will you stand with the traitors in Washington? I believe that things WILL come to a head sooner rather than later.

Another thing that we MUST do is to have ALL candidates, running for the Senate, the House or the Oval Office, sign a BINDING oath that immediately (not a year or two later, but immediately) repeal the government health care and ALL other unconstitutional laws and Executive Orders that were signed and enacted by Obama. If they fail to uphold the oath We the People will do all in our power to remove them from office immediately, not when their term is up, and those who refuse to sign the oath will NOT be considered viable candidates. We MUST show our elected officials that we mean business and that we will NO LONGER stand by as we are lied to and abused by a tyrannical government.

If we all sit back and accept the Obama health care, consider what rights and freedoms you will lose next. This government health care has nothing what-so-ever to do with giving health care to every American, it IS all about control, especially control over the American people. If it is about health care for all Americans, then how come Obama slipped in a college tuition provision into the bill? Government health care was WRONG when proposed by the Clinton Administration and it is just as wrong today.

Can anyone tell me how we are to even remotely believe any thing that Obama and the members of Congress tell us, when Obama himself has been proven to be a LIAR extrodinaire, and Pelosi comes out and tells members of the House to "Just pass the bill then you can read what is in it." What the hell kind of moronic statement is that to make?

Twenty-five percent of Americans earning $200,000 a year would see their taxes rise under ObamaCare. An analysis by former CBO Director Douglas Holtz-Eakin reveals that Obama has lied again by pushing massive tax increases on every American, breaking his campaign promise not to raise taxes. The latest CBO report details Obama's 10 year tax scheme - Punish Americans with new taxes for the first four years with no health care benefits and cuts in Medicare to Seniors.

Here are some of the facts that Pelosi doesn't want House members to know before they vote for the bill:

*ObamaCare puts 7 percent of Americans on a government subsidy to help pay for mandatory health insurance.

*ObamaCare raises taxes on 25 percent of those earning under $200,000 a year.

*ObamaCare raises taxes on three middle-class families to pay for every family receiving a government subsidy.

*ObamaCare excludes 93 percent of Americans who are NOT eligible for a tax benefit under the bill.

*Tax and hurt seniors by taking $500 Billion from Medicare.

Just to show what liars we have serving in Washington, D.C., not only now, but in the past, check out the following:

Last month Democrats passed a "pay-as-you-go" budget policy because it was politically correct saying any new unbudgeted items added to the budget would be paid for with cuts. One month later they decided to ignore and violate their own new law and added a $10 billion benefits extension in new unbudgeted debt and vilified Sen. Jim Bunning of Kentucky for daring to make them pay for it first.

How about Social Security. I still have my original Social Security card issued to me many years ago when I was fourteen years-old. It states very clearly: "THIS CARD IS NOT TO BE USED FOR IDENTIFICATION PURPOSES". Back when Social Security came into existence, many Americans were afraid that the Social Security Card would eventually become a national I.D. Card. The government lied to the people telling them that they had nothing to fear and had the above mentioned directive printed on the cards.

By the time I was 19 years-old, I HAD to produce my Social Security card for just about everything I did. I couldn't open a bank account, get a drivers license, apply for a job, rent an apartment, etc., etc., with out producing my Social Security card.

Now, how about some truth as to why Social Security and Medicare are going broke:

First of all, Social Security/Medicare are dependent on the number of people in the work force. Knowing this, how come the government allowed legalized abortion that has killed off millions of potential workers, and how come Congress pushed for and passed all of the 'Free Trade' agreements that ended up sending thousands of American jobs to third world countries, putting thousands, if not millions, of Americans out of work?

Second, instead of placing the Social Security funds in a separate account, as they led us to believe, the money was placed in the general funds and the Congress and president did not hesitate to dip in and use those funds for whatever they dreamed up, replacing the money with worthless IOU's.

All during the campaign, we listened to Obama's lies that it was G.W. Bush's fault that our economy went south, and he also said that the reason we were losing jobs was because of the rising cost of health care, and we cannot do anything to improve the employment situation until we have government run health care. The majority of Americans swallowed this crap hook, line and sinker.

The truth is, it was the liberals, including Obama himself when he was in the Senate, who caused the housing bubble burst and the collapse of our economy. It was Obama's fair haired child, ACORN, that lobbied Congress to pressure banks and mortgage companies to make unsecured loans to low-income people, including illegals, which is exactly what then Senator Obama and Senator Chris Dodd, along with many others did, and in return for their actions they raked in thousands of dollars from AIG, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc.

Then, due to the 'free trade' agreements and the collapse of the housing bubble, the more jobs we lost and the more people who ended up on unemployment lines, the less people there were to pay into not only Social Security/Medicare, but also there were less people working who were paying into health insurance, ergo, the costs kept rising. Then there were all of the frivolous lawsuits being brought against doctors, hospitals and other medical institutes, while Congress refused to any thing about tort reform, so as doctors had to pay higher and higher malpractice insurance rates, this forced them to raise their prices which led health insurance companies to raise their rates.

All partnerships, from business partnerships to marriages, from friendships to the partnership between the people and their government, must be based on TRUST. To maintain that trust requires HONESTY between the parties. If one party in the partnership breaks faith with the others, the partnership cannot remain intact. If it is a business partnership, that business will dissolve, if it is a marriage, and trust has been lost, divorce will result, friendships will end. The same holds true for government.

Now Obama and our Congress want to change the rules in the middle of the game to shove Obama care so far up our collective butts, that it will take a surgeon to remove it, that is if the government decides that we can even see a surgeon.

For years, our elected officials have chosen to lie to us over and over again, and the lies became worse with each new administration. Our "voluntary union" of the several states forming the Constitutional Republic of the United States, could only last if there is trust between the governed and the government. This trust is being strained to the breaking point due to the dishonesty of those whom we elected to govern in our name. The Federal Government is and has broken faith with We the People, and it can only end in disaster. We the People DO have the RIGHT to dissolve our government if and when it becomes tyrannical, and that day is not far off.

Here is my rant for Sunday the 3rd of January, 2010. What I would like each of you to do, is go to your nearest door or window, open it wide, stick your head out and take a deep breath. Do you smell that? Something sure as hell stinks and it is coming from the Reid Senate Health Care Bill.

The closer one looks at it, the worse it stinks. The discrimination that run rampant through this bill are absolutely disgusting and do nothing more than add another layer of stench to the bill.

Believe it or not, but this bill gives the Secretary of Health and Human Services to GIVE PRIORITY in the sending billions of our hard earned tax dollars ONLY to medical schools that discriminate against Whites or face the threat of being cut off entirely. The Bill mandates “PREFERENTIAL” treatment for favored people “according to race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, and religion.” Decent and moral medical schools that follow current federal laws forbidding discrimination based on these characteristics will be unable to survive and will be forced to shut their doors. Linda Chavez director of the Center for Equal Opportunity labels this, “a new racial spoils system.” Who can argue against that statement?

This doesn't affect just doctors either, section #756 of Reids crap infested Bill demands that schools “training social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, behavioral pediatricians, psychiatric nurses, and counselors will be ineligible for federal grants unless they also discriminate,” stating that schools training students entering these fields must follow this rule and give unlawful preference to: “individuals and groups from different racial, ethnic, cultural, geographic, religious, linguistic, and class backgrounds, and different genders and sexual orientations” and these schools must demonstrate “knowledge and understanding of the concerns of the[se] individuals and groups.” Of course if the student happens to be a heterosexual Christian, they can for get about even enrolling.

Using language remeniscent of the Nazi era the bill goes on to declare that those schools failing to follow these mandates will be liable for “liquidated damages.” It also demands all kinds of racial ethnic and sexual data collection from everyone and anyone the Democrats can lean on which will be just about everyone. While trial lawyers, the Democrats' lap dogs, will be able to use this data to bring “disparate impact” suits claiming Whites and Asians still have something left to be extorted. Race and sexual preference will be used to trump science in ways that will make Al Gore and his global warming gang look like Einstein.

Two of the left's most cherished beliefs are enshrined in the Senate Health care bill The first being that racial and other types of discrimination are perfectly all right as long as it works to the disadvantage of the White straight majority. And Secondly, that good basic life extending health care is not available to minorities no matter what their socio-economic status is. Both of these beliefs are as un-American as the Left is, and it is our RIGHT and our DUTY to defeat ANY government health care bill and if it is passed, then we MUST fight to our last breath to get it overturned.

The “Liar-in-Chief” Barack Hussien Obama is at again

The "Liar-in-Chief", Barack Hussein Obama ia at it again, doing what comes naturally to him, LYING. According to Fox News today, Obama met with a group of doctors who had participated in the "million med march" on Washington, DC. The Medical professionals informed Obama that they supported health care reform but NOT a government run or a government take-over of the health care system. Obama more or less let them know that he could accept a bill that did not contain a public option (a government option). But behind the scenes, he has been busy making phone calls to and setting up White House meetings with members of Congress and using "strong arm" tactics to try and force them to pass a bill that CONTAINS a government option or at least a "TRIGGER" that will allow a government option in the near future.

The Senate Finance Committee bill (generally referred to as the Baucus bill, after Chairman Max Baucus) is like a modern day 'Robin Hood' and it IS a government option. It robs the elderly to cover the uninsured -- like snatching purses from little old ladies. The Bills in the House already cut future funding from Medicare by $500 billion dollars over the next decade. The Baucus bill would slash a similar amount, just when 30% more people enter the program as baby boomers turn 65. It also puts new limits on what doctors can do for patients on Medicare.

The law which established Medicare in 1965 prohibited the federal government from interfering in doctors' treatment decisions. Slowly, over time, Medicare regulations have begun to unravel those protection. Now the Cantwell amendment finishes the job. Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) managed to get inserted into the bill language that gives the Secretary of Health and Human Services the power to define quality, cost-effective care for each medical condition and penalize doctors who spend more on their patients.

Obama and his advisers vilify doctors for "over-treating" patients. Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, the brother of White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel and a key Obama health-care adviser, argues that the Hippocratic Oath is largely to blame for the "over use" of medical care.

In his view, doctors focus too much on the needs of their own patients; they should be taught to ask whether the money they are spending on a patient is worth it. To curb doctors' spending, the stimulus legislation launched a process of sending doctors protocols via computer on what the government deems "appropriate" and "cost-effective" care. Doctors who are NOT "meaningful users" will be punished financially.

CNN and FactCheck.org said that it was untrue that the government would be interfering in doctors' treatment decisions, but Dr. David Blumenthal, appointed in March to head the new system of computer-guided medicine, settled that debate. In the New England Journal of Medicine (April 9th), he confirmed that "embedded clinical-decision support" (his term for computers telling doctors what to do) would be used to reduce costs, and he predicted that some doctors might rebel against tight controls. The Baucus bill compleates the framework for tying doctors' hands when treating the elderly.

If Congress caves in to Obama and passes any health care bill that contains either a public option or a "trigger" to phase in a public option, then we must not only vote out those who voted for the bill, but we must also get a signed oath for those running for congressional office, that they will rescind the health care legislation IMMEDIATELY upon taking office.

If such a bill passes and if it is allowed to stand then not only will the government have complete and total control over doctors and other medical professionals, the entire health care system, but they will then gain complete and total control over every aspect of our lives because they could then that everything we do, use, eat or drink falls under health band welfare, and then they could then dictate what we can eat, drink, wear, use, etc. And then they can do away with the Second Amendment claiming ownership of guns as health issue.

THINGS ARE REALLY GETTING OUT OF HAND:

As I have stated in a previous blog, as far as Congress and Obama are concerned, We the People are completely irrelevant. What we want does not matter in the least to them.

Things appear to really be getting out of hand with this administration and Congress with a number of issues, but most importantly the health care issue.

I heard this morning, on the Fox News Network, that the White House is now threatening private health insurance companies if they continue to send out letters to their customers, especially senior citizens with what the White House calls lies and falsehoods.

A spokesman for HUMANA told Fox that what the health insurance companies are doing is nothing more then letting senior citizens and others know the TRUTH, which is that despite what Obama and members of Congress are telling the people, the government IS going to cut MEDICARE by roughly $150 million (possibly more) while raising the amount that seniors are going to have taken out of their monthly Social Security to cover their Medicare.

HUMANA rightfully claims that seniors, who have paid into Medicare all of their working lives, and are still having to pay huge amounts taken directly out of their Social security checks every month for Medicare (I have to pay $96.00 a month right off the top of my Social Security, and another $48.00 a month for a supplemental health insurance to cover what Medicare does not cover, along with a $20.00 co-pay for each doctor visit and a $5.00 co-pay for prescriptions) have a RIGHT to know the truth of what Obama and the Democrat Congress is going to do to them if and when they pass a health care bill.

Another thing that is in all of the various versions of health care bills floating around the House and the Senate, which also includes the Sen. Baucus Bill, is a provision that makes it MANDATORY that ALL Americans obtain health insurance or face heavy fines, yet they keep telling us that this is not a government take-over of health care.

No matter what Obama and the members of Congress tell us, no matter which health care bill is passed, it WILL be a government take over of health care and it will cost us dearly.

The federal government has absolutely NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT or POWER to make it MANDATORY for us to buy into any health insurance policy, nor to fine us if we choose not to. Nor does the federal government have the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT or POWER to be involved in any kind of health care program or take over.

This administration is working overtime to trample on the Constitution of the United States, and in the process, Obama along with all the members of Congress are violating their oaths of office, and this has got to STOP, not in three or four years, but NOW!

If I may, I would like to offer one possible solution. If there are any readers of this blog who either are or know of a good Constitutional Lawyer, who would be ready, willing and able to fight this in the Supreme Court of the United States, if and when Congress passes a health care bill, then perhaps we can make donations and/or run fund raisers to pay for this endeavor.

The time of just talking and marching is NOW OVER, it is time for some REAL action. We have allowed the government to get away with their usurpation of power and blatant violations of the Constitution for years, and if we do not stop it now, we will have nothing left. This is not an idle threat, it is FACT!

If any of you have a better idea, please let me know. Nothing else seems to be working.

THE NIGHTMARE AMERICA THAT WE ARE HEADED TOWARD

In the words of Obama himself; "If you want to know how I will govern you only have to look at the people I surround my self with." Well, lets do just that. Almost his entire cabinet is made up of liars, tax cheats, shop-lifters and other assorted flotsome and jetsome of human society, most if not all right out of the Clinton administration.

His "Czars" or special advisers are all leftist communist terrorist scumbags left over from the 1960's and 70's now operating in various groups under the umbrella of ACORN, a real fine, upstanding organization, whose members were trained by Barack Obama back in his 'community organizing' days in Chicago, and which has been indicted on voter registration fraud and is under investigation for other assorted crimes and shady dealings.

ACORN is being given millions in taxpayer money and a huge role in the Obama administration, in roles in the 2010 census, the Obama Health Care Plan, in Americorp, especially in the 'Citizens National Security Force', which according to Obama, is to be; "Just as big and just as well funded as the Military." Why? For what reason?

Ones this 'security force' is put into place, is this kind of crap we will be seeing played out on the streets of America? I think so. Check this video out:

VIOLATION OF THE FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT: (illegal arrest without warrant)

An officer authorized to serve criminal process may arrest without a warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order given to effectuate the purposes of this subsection and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. [Gunpoint]

And it goes on. Massachusetts, it seems, has never met a vaccine it didn't like. This is the same state that rounded up the parents of schoolchildren who hadn't been vaccinated, then corralled them into a courtroom (with attack dogs standing guard outside) and forced vaccine injections onto all the schoolchildren under threat of jail time for parents who refused.....

Massachusetts, it seems, has done what terrorists could not: It has turned "free" Americans into medical slave subjects who no longer have any freedom to decide the details of their own medical care.

But Massachusetts is just the beginning. It turns out that the whole nation could soon find itself under a similar forced vaccination policy."

I am tired of hearing some weak-willed so-called conservatives who say that we all should "calm down and let cooler heads prevail." Why should we? every time we have done that in the past, and negotiated with liberals, we have always ended up losing in the end. I say that we put and end to negotiating and compromising with liberals and begin to stand firm. Compromise and negotiating is the reason why we are losing our country. NO MORE!

Now there are those on both sides of the aisle who are talking about compromising on the Obama Heath Care Bill by having the left accept less of what they want now, such as single payer and public option, then they get it later after the bill is passed. I say screw them and continue to fight for NO Government Health Care EVER.
