WE HAVEN'T WON ANYTHING YET, so we cannot afford to let our guard down. Until Obama and his cohorts are out of office and we have taken back America and reinstalled our Constitutional Republic, we cannot afford to become smug just because we had a fantastic turn out in Washington, D.C. over the weekend.

Despite the success of the Tea Party Express and the numbers that invaded Washington, we still have to face reality; Obama still occupies the White House, Reid is still the majority leader in the Senate and Pelosi is still speaker of the House.

We MUST make absolutely sure that NO form of a government option health care bill gets passed in any way shape or form, because if we let it slip through, we are in grave danger.

If a government option (public option) bill gets passed, it will give the IRS expanded powers. Don't believe it? Check out H.R. 3200, Division A, Title IV on pages 167-215 called Amendments to IRS Code of 1986.

The expanded powers will empower the IRS to require all taxpayers to show proof of health insurance coverage, collect fines on individuals and employers who did not have adequate proof of health insurance, and to determine whether your health insurance is a GOVERNMENT APPROVED PLAN.

Not only the expanded powers of the IRS, but also the 53 new bureaucracies defined in H.R. 3200, will be a huge nightmare for all of us.

Also, Obama DID lie when he said that illegals will NOT be covered under a government health care bill. According to retired Judge Andrew Napolitano, who is often a guest on the various Fox News Channel shows, Obama KNOWS that he has nothing to worry about, because if he does put something into the bill that says illegals will not be covered, to placate those on the right, it will be struck down by the United States Supreme Court as being unconstitutional. According to Napolitano, if the government has any kind of health care program, it MUST cover everyone in the country legal or otherwise.

Here is an idea, fixing the problems in our health care system isn't easy, but if our government used their heads and do what they are supposed to do, all they would have to do is make some basic changes to our immigration policy, such as securing our borders, enforcing our immigration laws, putting an end to birthright citizenship and "chain migration" and reducing the levels of legal immigration, would go a long way to lower health care costs in this country. Before our government starts spending billions on health care reform, it should fix these problems in our our immigration system, then put legal and adequate safeguards in place to prevent illegal immigrants from receiving any more free benefits at the expense of U.S. taxpayers.
