Where exactly does Obama stand when it comes to the dedfense of Liberty?

Personally, I have no doubts whatsoever Obama is an enemy of human liberty, and I defy anyone to prove me wrong.

After all, doesn't it seem strange that the president of France can come out in the defense of freedom, well ahead of the leader of the United States? This is a sure sign that "something really stinks in Denmark."

In both his domestic agenda and his foreign policies, Obama has shown, and continues to show that he has a fundamental disconnect with the founding fathers in their whole hearted belief in the unending power of human liberty, and this fact cannot be made any clearer then in Obama's foreign policy which shows a horrifying disregard for the virtues of freedom. The way Obama treats those in other countries who seek freedom, leads me to believe that Obama sees the United States and her people as his personal plaything to do with as he wishes. So much for "Hope and Change", what Obama really meant when he said that, was; "I hope I am elected so that I can change the country into a Socialist nightmare."

When Obama gave his inaugural address, he gave us and the world a quick glimpse of his true intentions when he said; "To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and silencing of dissent, (sounds an awful lot like what he himself is doing)
know that you are on the wrong side of history, but that we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist."

Sounds nice on the surface don't it? Oh sure, his words tickled the ears of many who have a deep seated hatred of G.W. Bush, since they viewed Obama's words as a departure from Bush's policies of isolating rogue regimes like North Korea, Iran and others, because those on the left viewed Bush's policies as the cause of Iran and North Korea becoming even more violent and much more unpredictable. Bleeding heart liberals have always held to the misguided belief that if you put out a friendly hand of peaceful coexistence, it would make our enemies fall over each other to show how much they love us. WRONG! Nothing could be further from the truth. What did it really get us, under Carter, a night out for dinner and a movie? Hell no! Instead of love and friendship, North Korea and Iran have launched dozens of missile tests; North Korea tested a nuclear detonation; and Iran held a sham rigged election, complete with countless crackdowns on individual liberties. So where is all of the holding of hands, skipping down primrose lane while singing Kumbaya?

What is really deplorable is that even some so-called evangelical Christians, like Rick Warren, seemed to have imbibed a healthy dose of Obama's Kool-Aid. Not only has Warren done a complete turn around by supporting gay rights, he is now calling for Christians to partner with Muslims to solve the world's problems, forget the fact that Islam is one of the cause of the world's problems.

Obama doesn't ho;d the questionable distinction of being the first president of the U.S. to indulge in the stupidity of misreading our foreign enemies; I believe that honor goes to Jimmy Carter, but Obama IS the first leader of the free world to show the world that he has a total disinterest and lack of willingness to stand up for freedom. It is this writers opinion that Obama is a total whuse.

We should all have gotten the picture early on when Obama raced around the globe on his Air Force One Apology Tour. Some of us more enlightened souls did get the message, but so many more Americans were so enthralled with their new messiah that they failed to see the forest for the trees, but they damn sure should have seen the light when he gave his questionable lip-flap in Turkey and Cairo, praising the virtues of Islam, a religion that stands in total opposition to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Obama raised Islam to the moral equivalence of the Judeo-Christian etical standards of the United States, while never once speaking out against the genocide, atrocities and other horrors committed by those who follow the teachings of Islam, a so-called religion of "peace and love."

There was a complete lack of response on Obama's part concerning the heroic stand taken by thousands of Iranians which followed the farce of the Ayatollah's sham of an election that was rigged from the get-go. Obama's lack of response brought shame upon the American people, a shame for which Obama MUST apologize to his office, his country and to the world, but of course, we all know that no such apology will be forth coming.

What a vision in contrast, when President Ronald Reagan let the citizens of Poland know that he and the American people stood behind them during their 'Solidarity' movement against Soviet domination and their fight for freedom. Compare that to the silence from Obama as brave Iranians looked straight into cameras and begged Obama; "Please don't leave us alone," or as they shed tears over dead and bleeding martyred comrads, asking reporters, "Are we on our own?" And all that Obama could muster was a deafening silence. That is until he was embarrased by Republicans in Congress who showed enough backbone to refuse to support Obama's disgusting and cowardly inaction. They forced through a strong condemnation of the Iranian governments repression of their people, by a 405 - 1 vote. This forced Obama to "sort of" toughen his stance, but then after condemning, sort of, the violence perpetrated upon the Iranian people by their government, Obama made the shocking statement that it is his belief that, "Its not too late for Iran's regime to negotiate with the international community."

That totally asinine and outrageous statement sends out the unmistakeable message that the United States is more than willing to become partners with any and all rogue regimes that are enemies to humanity, and it also sends a loud and clear message to the people of Iran that Obama believes thay they will fail in their fight for freedom, and that once they have been beaten and pounded into total submission, he (Obama) is ready, willing and able to reach out a hand to their killers.

This man is not only a disgrace to the United States, he is also no friend to freedom, so all of you misguided morons who voted for him and who foolishly continue to support his policies, both foreign and domestic, I hope you can see what he has in store for the United States.
