OBAMA PROTECTS SAUDI ROYALS:
Just Another Example of Obama's Treasonous Acts Against the U.S.:
I guess it wasn't enough for our moronic Dufus-in-Chief to grovel before the king of Saudi Arabia, for all the world to see, now this scumbag has petitioned the United States Supreme Court to PROTECT Saudi Arabia and four of the Saudi princes from being held accountable for their alleged participation in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, along with the hijacking and ultimate crash of the jet liner in Shankesville, Pennsylvania, all of which resulted in the deaths of almost 3,000 Americans.
Going through his administrations solicitor general, Elena Kagan, Obama has asked that the Saudis be granted immunity under the Foreign Sovereignty Immunities Act (FSIA) despite the fact that there is overwhelming U.S. evidence of the complicity of the Saudi government and the named four princes in support of al-Qaeda's attacks.
Even though the FSIA generally protects a sovereign state, there are exceptions under which its provisions can be revoked. This decision is usually left to the courts to determine.
This has outraged the families of the 9/11 victims. They see Obama's action in filing the petition for the protection of the Saudis as undermining the continuing fight against terrorism.
In the friend-of-the-court brief filed with the U.S. Supreme Court, the Obama administration has asked the court to deny a petition for a "writ of certiorari," or a higher court hearing by the families of the 9/11 victims in their effort to sue Saudi Arabia and the princes, which in their original case filed back in 2006, the families of the 9/11 victims charged that Saudi Arabia and the four Saudi princes, acting in their capacity as high-level government officials and as individuals made charitable donations to organizations with the full knowledge that these organizations were diverting funds to al-Qaeda. In their response to the charge, Saudi Arabia invoked the FSIA as a basis to preclude such a law suit by the victims' families.
With this petition, in effect Obama has announced his opposition to allowing 9/11 victims and their families full access to the U.S. legal system in his disgusting effort to protect Saudi Arabia and its princes from being held accountable for their role in the attacks on the United States.
I find it disgusting, if not treasonous that Obama and his treacherous administration has spat in the faces of these victims, throwing them under the bus, just as Obama prepares to leave for Egypt and Saudi Arabia while advocating for the closing of the U.S. 'Gitmo' prison in Cuba and giving full access to the U.S. court system to the terrorists currently imprisoned at Gitmo. Just who the hells side is this disgusting puke on? Certainly he is not on the side of the United States or the American people. When he gets to Egypt and Saudi Arabia, what in God's name does he plan to do, tell them how terrible and horrible the United States is, and then beg for the foregiveness of the Muslims?
This ignorant, pathetic anti-American piece of crap needs to go, and I mean NOW. If he is allowed to finish out his term, we will have no country left to save.
