A MAN PUSHED OVER THE EDGE:

Andrew Joseph Stack vented his pent-up anger against the IRS by flying his small plane into the Austin, Texas Building that housed the IRS, after setting fire to his home.

I, like many others do not condone nor excuse Mr. Stacks actions. They were morally and legally wrong no matter how one slices it, but what bothers me about this incident is the fact that many of the talking heads on the FOX NEWS CHANNEL, such as Shepherd Smith, Neil Cavuto, Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly, to link Stack's actions to the people who have joined the TEA PARTY movement, those, who like myself, demand that Obama be forced in a court of law to produce his original vault form (long form) birth certificate, those who have joined the "Oath Keepers", various militias, etc., claiming that we are radicals or not "all with it".

There are also some who would even like to classify Stack's actions as terrorism. The truth is, is that those I named above, along with many others on both sides of the political spectrum, are conveniently and perhaps intentionally ignoring the eight-hundred pound gorilla in the room, the REAL TERRORISTS, our elected government officials and those whom they appoint to various cabinet posts and department heads, who are using their power of office and our very government as a WEAPON OF TERROR against the people of the United States.

Of the hosts of the various FOX NEWS CHANNEL shows, I find that the biggest hypocrite of them all is none other then Glenn Beck. It was Beck who told the American people that we "Should stand and question boldly without fear," but then when some of us question Obama's constitutional eligibility to hold the office of president, Beck calls us nut cases, far right-wing radicals who are just clouding the "real issues". Bill O'Reilly (Mr. "Looking out for the Folks"), Sean Hannity, Cavuto and Shepherd Smith are quick to agree with Beck on this. According to Beck, people like us are dangerous and have no place in politics.

Shepherd Smith used all kinds of derogatory terms to describe Stack's "Manifesto", but if truly patriotic, clear minded individuals take the time to read it for themselves, they would find that Mr. Stack laid out the TRUTH very plainly, such as:

"We are all taught as children that without laws there would be no society, only anarchy. Sadly, starting at early ages we in this country have been brainwashed to believe that, in return for our dedication and service, our government stands for justice for all. We are further brainwashed to believe that there is freedom in this place, and that we should be ready to lay our lives down for the noble principals represented by its founding fathers. Remember? One of these was 'no taxation without representation'”.

When we elect representatives and senators to serve in Congress as our representatives, and these people totally ignore the will of those who elected them by continuing to spend OUR money like drunken sailors, year after year, running up huge national debts and dreaming up new ways to tax the hell out of us, be it through raising existing taxes or coming up with "hidden" taxes, is this really taxation with representation? NO WAY. If our wishes are being ignored by our elected officials, then we are NOT being truly represented.

Where is our representation when those in the federal government insist that they are going to ram all sorts of costly programs down our throats, such as government controlled health care, cap and trade energy programs? Where is our representation when the federal government took control of our banks, auto manufacturing, student loans, etc.?

Mr. Stack also stated: "Why is it that a handful of thugs and plunderers can commit unthinkable atrocities (and in the case of the GM executives, for scores of years) and when it’s time for their gravy train to crash under the weight of their gluttony and overwhelming stupidity, the force of the full federal government has no difficulty coming to their aid within days if not hours? Yet at the same time, the joke we call the American medical system, including the drug and insurance companies, are murdering tens of thousands of people a year and stealing from the corpses and victims they cripple, and this country’s leaders don’t see this as important as bailing out a few of their vile, rich cronies. Yet, the political 'representatives'(thieves, liars, and self-serving scumbags is far more accurate) have endless time to sit around for year after year and debate the state of the 'terrible health care problem'. It’s clear they see no crisis as long as the dead people don’t get in the way of their corporate profits rolling in."

The only part of Stack's statement on health care that I disagree with is that he felt that nothing was being done about it, when the real fact is that the federal government was protecting lawyers instead of working on tort reform and they are more concerned with protecting health care unions and big profits for insurance and pharmaceutical companies, and in having the government take over the entire health care system.

As far as our tax system goes, Obama promised, over and over again how NONE of the taxes on middle class citizens would go up, knowing full well that if he raised taxes on the "RICH", those tax increases would be passed down to the rest of us, and now, the federal government is seriously considering adding a 6 to 8% "value added" tax to ALL goods and services ON TOP of the taxes we already pay.

As Stark stated in his manifesto: "How can any rational individual explain that white elephant conundrum in the middle of our tax system and, indeed, our entire legal system? Here we have a system that is, by far, too complicated for the brightest of the master scholars to understand. Yet, it mercilessly 'holds accountable' its victims, claiming that they’re responsible for fully complying with laws not even the experts understand. The law 'requires' a signature on the bottom of a tax filing; yet no one can say truthfully that they understand what they are signing; if that’s not 'duress' than what is. If this is not the measure of a totalitarian regime, nothing is."

As I stated, I do not condone the actions of Mr. Stark, but unless those whom we elect to represent us in our federal government come to the realization that what they are doing to the citizens of the United States is illegal and immoral, unless our elected officials start adhering to the Constitution of the United States and living up to their oaths of office, the types of incidents like the one perpetrated by Mr. Starks will not only increase, but they will grow ever more violent.

People can be pushed, conned and used, just so far and so much, but when the realization finally hits that they are NOT winning a damn thing through the ballot box or peaceful demonstrations, and that they are being pushed further and further into a totaltarian enslavement, they WILL revolt, there WILL be blood in the streets, and those in Washington will only have themselves to blame for they are truly the REAL TERRORISTS. We the people are learning, much like Mr. Stark, that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, hoping for a different outcome. Year after year, we hold new elections, voting old trash out, just to get new trash in, hoping for a different result. Instead we keeping getting the same old crap. Soon we will be forced to try a different tack.

Now for something different:
