Our nation, as a whole, is very much like individuals in that it has its ups and downs on a daily basis. Right now, America is under attack by our own elected officials and it seems that the United States seems to be getting knocked to the canvas over and over again. This is mirrored in our individual lives.

We watched as our country was "rope-a-doped" as a result of manipulation by not only greedy CEOs, but also by equally greedy senators, representatives, and an egotistical president, as they manipulated the housing market.

Just as we began to get a grasp of the implications of the housing bubble collapse, Obama and the Congress decided to sock it to us by dumping trillions of dollars of taxpayer dollars down a black hole in the governments unending grab for more and more power by taking control over our banks, insurance companies, auto manufacturing and our health care. ZAP! POW! A right upper cut and down we go.

As we start to get back up, we suddenly find ourselves 'hay milled' by an attack of a possible "swine flu" pandemic that just MIGHT be a manufactured crisis. As the MSM keeps us occupied over this "crisis", the Obama administration along with the Democrat members of Congress were busy as hell over the weekend, putting the final touches on the bill for National Health Care, which is part and parcel of the proposed $3.5 trillion FY 2010 budget. And it isn't over, there are lots more attacks to come and many more rounds to fight before it is over.

But we must remember, though we may be down, we are not out, NOT until the last punch is thrown! So, the question is, "Are we going to just lie here wallowing in self-pity or are we going to drag ourselves back up on our feet, staggering and bloody and ready for the next round? Is America going to go belly-up or is she going to rise to her full stature and do some serious butt kicking?"

Perhaps the following video will give you the courage you need:
