PARADISE LOST; WHY DON'T WE EVER LEARN?

From the beginning of time, it appears that people seem to have a penchant for electing liars, cheats, scoundrels and tyrants as their leaders.

Since being inaugurated in January, Barack Hussein Obama, with the help and blessings of like minded mentally deficient members of Congress, has managed to raise the national debt by trillions of dollars, destroy our economy, insult one of our closest and oldest allies, while sucking up to our enemies, and trample upon the Constitution of the United States, like no president before him, and he isn't done yet.

Our nation has a history and heritage of liberty that was based on a belief in God, personal responsibility and self-government that was successful for two hundred years and became the envy of the world, but like much of Europe today, we are finding ourselves being seduced by the LIES of the liberal left.

Starting in the late 1950's, early 1960's, the vast majority of our leaders in government, business, education and even religion have been taught in our Universities, Colleges, Seminaries and Bible Schools, that the "Self-Evident" truths that our founding fathers believed in, valued and relied upon, are now nothing more than outdated and dangerous myths. Following the terror attacks of 9/11, even new F.B.I recruits were being taught that our founding fathers were nothing more than terrorists themselves. Today, we have the MSM portraying the values of the founding fathers as being evil, while high taxes, unrestrained federal power and permissive sexual mores are portrayed as good. Even Hollywood, which once produced pro-American, religious and patriotic themes, suddenly began to push and glorify sex, violence, sexual perversions and utter moral confusion. Is it any wonder, that in the face of this constant onslaught of cultural subversion that so many millions of Americans have become so utterly demoralized into depending on the government to solve all of their problems (problems which the government itself has created), while at the same time fueling the cancer-like uncontrolled growth of the federal government in this country?

The liberal left can only be described as being totally devoid of any sense of morality. Oh sure, they talk a good game of being concerned about the welfare of others and for the world we live in, but when stripped of all the false moral platitudes and the veneer of concern, what is left is the glaring truth is that all they really care about is CONTROL and POWER. They crave controling the lives of others and forcing their beliefs on everyone else, no matter how demented or immoral those belies may be.

The power-hungry liberal leftist demagogues all throughout history have always used the exact same methods to gain power: they demonize the rich, by implying that they gained their wealth by exploiting and stealing from the downtrodden; they stir up racial, ethnic, tribal and religious hatreds by playing one group against another, always picking out convenient scapegoats to blame the problems on, that they themselves have created or caused; and then they promise a utopian world, a new "EDEN" of 'universal peace, prosperity and eternal happiness, if we would just give them unlimited and total power over our lives, because (according to them) they know far better then we, as to what is best for us.

They then win the support of the people by appealing to the basest part of human nature -- anger, greed, envy, dissatisfaction, much the same way Satan seduced Adam and Eve. Liberals have an innate knowledge that if they can stir up and inflame these dark and addictive passions, they can wean mankind away from their inner spiritual dependency on God, creating a large and massive voting bloc of people who would be dependent upon them. As a result, the liberals are rewarded with great power and control over others, while the people who fell for their lies, receive demoralization, confusion and ultimate bondage. This is the essence of Socialism/Marxism/Communism; at whose very core is raw and unadulterated envy, a condition as old as mankind going all the way back to Eden.

Under a tyrannical and atheistic government; where the government considers itself to be the only true god, the dispenser of blessings, the solver of problems, the fount of justice and mercy, and the source of all of civilizations progress, the only thing they dispense is and end of freedom and placing people into slavery.

Surprisingly, this is exactly what more and more Americans today have been conditioned to respond to, as we have slid further and further from the Judo/Christian principals and values that America was founded on. The envy based system of Socialism/Marxism that Satan unleashed upon the world a millennium ago is alive and well operating under different forms in large parts of the world today. In America it is known as the DEMOCRAT PARTY.

With each passing year, as Americans have fallen victim to the socialistic seduction, our government has continued to expand to its current size and has sucked much of the life and productivity out of the nation while feeding and nourishing its own unchecked growth.

Energy expert, Arthur Robinson, Ph.D, explains our current state this way: "Why are American fuel prices so high? Why are food prices and electricity prices on their way to doubling? Why are economic conditions chaotic? The reason is simple. Americans no longer possess the freedom to produce the goods and services required to maintain their former standard of living. Taxation - both direct and indirect through currency inflation - runaway government regulations (which have led to the outs-sourcing of many jobs) and government sponsored and encouraged litigation have reduced the productivity of Americans below that required to maintain their way of life. This tyranny - this economic slavery - has been produced entirely by the federal and state governments of the United States. There are no resource limitations, technological limitations, or geopolitical reasons for the current energy shortages and high prices. These shortages and prices are solely the result of taxation, regulation and litigation that have stifled American energy-producing industries."

What the American people fail to understand is that it is not just deranged psychopathic individuals like Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Saddam Hussein, Robert Mugabe, etc., that give the world tyrannical governments, but regular politicians do it also. As long as they are motivated by greed, as long as they are unprincipled, self-serving and inclined to preserve their own jobs and positions, personal advantage, wealth and comfort over the public good, evil will hold sway over such a society.

So why do we elect liars as our leaders? Simple, we actually NEED lies if we wish to rebel against God. Lies serve us with an illusion of worth and righteousness, as we rebel against the TRUE God. Think about that the next time you go to the polls.
