America Is In Mortal Danger:

For the good of the nation and the preservation of our rights, freedoms and maybe even our very lives, the following deserves your careful attention. It is a warning of what we are facing if we fail to wake up and take action. They are NOT the ramblings a of a conspiracy theorist wacko nut case, but rather those of a truly concerned patriotic citizen.

When Barack Hussein Obama was campaigning, his mantra was "Change we can believe in", and the brain dead masses repeated it with zeal like mindless robots, but how many of those people knew or expected that the kind of change Obama had in mind was the total dismantling of America and the shredding of the Constitution of the United States? Yet that is exactly what is taking place right before our eyes, and those who should be stopping it are just sitting back and allowing it to continue, and we the people quake in our shoes in mortal fear, refusing to rise up against the tyranny of the Obama administration.

Oh sure, we stage our pitiful little "Tea Parties" under the false assumption that we are fighting back and our squeaky little voices are being heard. You poor jaded fools and pawns of the system. Those of you who have been around for about fifty or sixty years, as I have, should know better. Ask yourselves, when have you ever known your vote to ever make a real difference? I am not talking about special interest groups and lobbyists, who as a rule only represent the minority but who still manage to have their every whim satisfied at the expense of the majority. What I am talking about is your individual vote as a citizen. Yes it MIGHT count as far as who sits in the Oval Office or on the thrones of Congress, (and even many of those, such as absentee ballots are never counted) but what about in getting unconstitutional laws and statutes repealed or stopping them from being enacted in the first place? It NEVER happens. Whatever unconstitutional rule, law, regulation or statute that has been put into place by one administration, are left in place by the new administration and are often added to or enhanced by the new administration, even if the new administration is from the opposite party of the former administration, so that they slowly strip us, piecemeal, of our Constitutional rights and freedoms.

Today, Obama is rushing headlong toward totally dismantling America as we knew it and shredding the Constitution at such a rapid pace as if there is no tomorrow. He smiles at us as he spews his glowing rhetoric about how he needs to gain control, for our own good, over banks, mortgage companies, auto manufactures, insurance companies, our health care industry, and his plans to take control of all student loans and force everyone into "volunteer" community service; while at the same time he is stabbing us in the back. As the knife plunges ever deeper with a few twists and turns for good measure, the brain dead hordes and the Kool-Aid sippers stare at the heavens with glazed over eyes while chanting in a monotonous drone, "Yes We Can," while the rest of us trot off to our next rally where we will listen to a few feel good speakers telling us to grab our signs and march on Washington, DC, while we moan and groan about the rising deficit, higher taxes, growing unemployment, rising prices and ever expanding loss of rights and freedoms, and the beat goes on.

We have deluded ourselves into believing that we don't really have to worry because we can elect someone else in 2012. Sorry Charlie, but that just ain't gonna cut it. Why, because first of all, the talking heads and pundits on various network news stations are already saying that even if we elected someone new, it will take at least twenty-five to thirty-five years to undo all of the programs that Obama and his administration have put into place. Why? If Obama can establish unconstitutional laws and programs in as little as six months, they sure as hell can be rescinded in far less time.

Secondly, what happens if Obama wins a second term or, worse yet, Congress votes to eliminate presidential term limits to give the "ONE" unlimited terms? Thirdly, what guarantee do we have that a new administration will even want to rescind any or all of Obama's unconstitutional laws and programs?

While he was on the campaign trail, Obama seldom if ever hid his true intentions of what he had in mind for America and the American people, but far too many Americans were just too ignorant to care or too damn lazy to pay attention to what he was saying. They heard him talk, but they didn't listen to what he said.

How many of you know that back in 2001, during a radio interview, Barack stated: "If I am ever given the opportunity, I will do away with the safe guards placed in the Constitution by the founding fathers, because they limit the power of the federal government." He didn't care if such an act was constitutional or not, he was going to do it and that was all there was to it. Or, how about the fact that Obama stated that he would like to rescind the Second Amendment because he did not believe that private citizens should be allowed to own guns, but then of course during the campaign, just to ensure that he would receive a sizable number of votes from the Republicans, he claimed that he fully supported the Second Amendment. Now that he is in office, he realizes that he cannot just outright ban gun ownership by citizens, so in order to get his way, he is doing an end run around the Bill of Rights in a very sly way. Have you tried to buy ammo lately? If you can find any, the price has gone sky-high. The reason that ammo is hard to find in sporting goods stores or at gun clubs is because, according to an email I received a few days ago, the Obama administration is paying ammo manufacturers NOT to make ammo for private use, and for those companies that still do, the government has raised the tax on ammo sold to private citizens by 500% per round.

But it doesn't stop there, the Obama administration is coming up with more and more ways to prevent people from owning guns. However, to be honest, this started under the Clinton administration, when Bill Clinton signed an unconstitutional executive order stating that any citizen who ever saw a psychiatrist or psychologist, for any reason and no matter how long ago, can NEVER own a gun. This unconstitutional order was never rescinded by either George W. Bush or Barack Hussein Obama, but now Obama has taken this order to the next level by declaring that any American citizen whose name has ever appeared on a "No Fly" list, can NEVER own a gun because they are a possible terrorist and have therefore forfeited their Second Amendment rights. Forget the fact that every year the federal government adds thousands of new names to the federal no fly list, even though the vast majority of those people have never done anything wrong. And still we do nothing. More tea anyone?

This administration is attempting to pass legislation that will increase the teeth behind the unconstitutional "Hate Crimes" laws. If this legislation passes, it will place ever more severe limits on our First Amendment Rights of Free Speech and freedom of religion, and still we do nothing. Why?

Perhaps Attorney General Eric Holder was right when he made his infamous statement: "Despite advances, the United States remains a nation of cowards on issues involving race." Each of you will have to decide for yourselves, are you afraid to rise up because you fear a black backlash or are you afraid of government reprisal? Or perhaps it is both.

It is time to open your eyes people! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that Barack Hussein Obama is angry at the United States. The Muslims in the Middle East aren't the only ones who bear a deep seated hatred for America, we have our very own Muslim, or at the very least, a Muslim sympathizer, who was brought up by an atheistic commie mother, on a hatred of America, and he has stated his intentions very plainly over many years, to change this nation more to his liking, and even his wife warned us that if elected president, her husband will make people do things they don't want to do. If he is allowed to remain in power much longer, any vestiges of the United States as was founded, will be gone forever.

All former presidents (starting with Woodrow Wilson), members of Congress, along with a majority of Supreme Court Justices and federal court judges should be charged with, if not out-and-out treason, the following crimes: *

A.) Failure to uphold their oath of office;

B.) Crimes against the contry and the people of the United States of America;

C.) Usurpation of powers not granted to them under the Constitution of the United States;

D.) Knowingly and willingly passing and enacting blatantly unconstitutional laws, rules, regulations and statutes;

E.) Knowingly infringing upon the rights and liberties of the people of the United States in direct violation of the First Ten Amendments known as the Bill of Rights;

F.) Enacting legislation and commiting acts that have led to the destruction of the financial system of the United States, to such an extent as to make each and every man, woman and child in America, an indentured servant of the federal government for generations to come;

G.) Signing on to treaties and agreements that have slowly eroded the national sovereignty of the United States, placing us ever more under the control of a foreign entity, namely the United Nations;

H.) Illegaly and unconstitutionaly ceding their Constitutional powers and authority either to another branch of the federal government or to private non-governmental bodies or individuals;

I.) Allowing the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of the government to be highjacked by special interest and minority groups thereby rendering majority rule ineffective;

J.) All elected and/or appointed government officials are guilty of malfeasance and deriliction of duty in their abject failure to meet their constitutionally mandated responsibility to protect our borders against foreign invasion, namely the unfettered entry of illegal immigrants, into the country and failing to incarcerate and/or deport said invaders;

K.) The illegal spending of taxpayer money to give aid and comfort to the illegal immigrants, and the illegal and unconstitutional use of taxpayer money to "bailout" banks, corporations, insurance companies, etc., for the purpose taking over and nationalizing those institutions;

L.) The unconstitutional and illegal trampling on "States Rights" by illegally involving the federal government into areas such as education, local law enforcement, etc.;

M.) Ignoring the United States Constitution that gives Congress the power to declare war, by going to a foreign entity (the United Nations) to receive a mandate to go to war with another nation;

N.) The destruction of the moral fabric of the United States through the passing and enacting of legislation that protects, and in some cases, even lauds immoral and unnatural life-styles;

O.) The utter failure and refusal of Congress, the courts or the FBI to fully and properly vet Barack Hussein Obama's constitutional eligibility to hold the Office of President of the United States, as required by law, and the failure and refusal of Barack Hussein Obama to produce the needed documentation as evidence, that would have put the whole eligibility question to rest.

All of the above listed crimes, as well as many I have not listed, should be grounds for immediate impeachment and removal from office followed by trial in a civil court and immediate incarceration upon conviction, but since the articles of impeachment must be voted on and passed by the Congress, and the courts would refuse to hear such cases under the present circumstances, there isn't a snowball's chance in hell of that ever happening, which means that the dismantling of of the Constitution and the destruction of the United States will continue unabated.

After having given much thought to this matter and viewing it from all possible angels, I have come to the conclusion that there are only three ways open to the American people to preserve not only our rights and freedoms but also the Union.

FIRST: Before we elect any one to any office, especially to the Office of President, we MUST get an iron glad guarentee and promise that they rescind and abolish any and all UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws, statutes, rules, regulations and executive orders set in place by all former presidents and administrations, immediately upon being sworn in. If they fail to accomplish this by the end of their second month in office, they must face immediate removal from office.

SECOND: If the first option fails, the second way would be for WE THE PEOPLE to rise up in armed and open rebellion to PROTECT our Constitutional Republic, not to overthrow the government, but to overthrow the incompetent and treasonous elements that are destroying the government and the Nation. The thought of individual States ceceding from the Union would not be a viable choice as it would lead to the destruction of the Union, and the federal government would do all in their power, including the use of force to bring those states back into the union. That leaves only a revolution. Then upon taking control and removing the present administration from off, an interim government should be set up and a special "Peoples Constitutional Court" should be empowered before which the accused defendents would be tried before an open and impartial court of law. All those who are found guilty, as part of their sentence(s) (even after serving their sentences) must be stripped of their government pensions, never be alllowed to run for or hold any elective or appointed government position on any level, local, state or federal. Nor should they ever be allowed to make money off of their past positions by writing books, giving speeches or acting as a political contributor to any of the major news networks, such as FOX, NBC, CBS, ABC, etc.

The third way would be for the U.S. military to stage a coup to force out all of the current elected and appointed members of the government, then setting up an interim government and allowing the formation of the above mentioned "Peoples Constitutional Court". In either case, following the trials, new amendments to the Constitution should be drawn up and enacted that will strengthen the original Constitution and better protect our rights and freedoms that were put forth in the Bill of Rights, and amendments that will prevent any branch of the government, elected or appointed official from ever again usurping powers with impunity. And most important of all, Constitutional Amendments MUST be enacted that will protect the rights of the unborn by banning abortions anywhere in the United States, except in the most dire of circumstances, and to protect the sanctity of the traditional marriage between one man and one woman by banning same-sex marriage anywhere in the United States and prohibiting the recognition of same-sex marriages performed in other countries.

Lastly, the national sovereignty of the United States of America MUST be placed first and formost above any and all international treaties or agreements signed by our government, even those involving the United Nations.

I know that these ideas will be deemed radical by many, but if we continue to sit back and do nothing but hope for the best, we will lose all of our rights, freedoms and our country, and that day is fast approaching. The only way to save what our forefathers fought, suffered and died for is to take decisive action sooner rather then later, as we no longer have the luxery of time. Meaningless little protest marches, letters, faxes, phone calls and emails to our elected officials will not cut it any more they are failing to achieve their intended goal. Such protests are falling on deaf ears. Any gains that we might make are soon wiped out by special interest groups and lobbyists who can raise millions of dollars to buy off our elected officials, thus stifling the voice of the majority. Time is of the essence. If you don't believe that we are fast losing the America that was founded and established by the founding fathers, then consider the following:

A panel of judges on the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals have given the green light to authorities in San Francisco to denigrate and disrespect the catholic Church or any other Christian Church or organization because such denigration and disrespect "serves a higher secular purpose." This decision came after the San Francisco City Board of Supervisors called the Catholic Church "hateful", "callous" and an "insult" -- and the urged Catholics to disobey the Church, because of the Catholic Church's stand against homosexuality, abortion and other evils.

According to Richard Thompson, of the Thomas More Law Center, "The policy of San Francisco is one of totaltarian intolerance of Christians of all denominations who oppose homosexual conduct. My concern is that if this ruling is allowed to stand, it will further embolden anti-Christian attacks. It is not a stretch to compare the San Francisco Board's actions to those of Nazi Germany's policy of 'Gleichschaltung:' vilifying Jews as an auxiliary to, and laying the groundwork for more repressive policies, including the final solution of extermination."
