The following is memorial tribute to my mother, a truly remarkable woman, who passed away on August 5, 2010, at the age of 93 following a massive stroke she suffered on July 14,2010.
Mom was a tough, head-strong woman who faced life with a tenacity rarely seen in people today, and she did it her way.
