OBAMA'S TWISTED ACORN ROOTS

This picture was swiped from Chicago Ray. He has some great pictures, check them out.

OBAMA'S TWISTED ACORN ROOTS

While ACORN remains riddled in scandal, Congress has voted to cut off federal funding to the group, the U.S. Census Bureau has severed ties to the organization - even the White House has blasted ACORN's behavior as "unacceptable."

But do you really know just how extensive Obama's personal ties to ACORN really are?

MORE TYRANNICAL B.S. COMING FROM ONE OF OBAMA'S CZARS:

Cass Sunstein, the newly confirmed "Regulatory" czar, who is mentally unhinged to begin with, has come forth with another one of his brain farts, that shows just what this administration has in mind for America and our Constitution.

According to Sunstein, "The interpretation of federal law should be made not by judges but by the beliefs and commitments of the U.S. president and those around him. There is no reason to believe that in the face of statutory ambiguity, the meaning of federal law should be settled by the inclinations and predispositions of federal judges. The outcome should instead depend on the commitments and beliefs of the president and those who operate under him."

That statement was the central theme of Sustein's 2006 Yale Lae School paper, "BEYOND MARBURY: The Executive Power to Say What the Law Is." In his paper, Sustein debated the precedent-setting 1803 case, Marbury v. Madison, which determined that it is "emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is."

Sustein is upset over many recent examples of U.S. presidents interpreting law only to have their interpretations overturned by the Supreme Court.

If Obama were to accept such ideas, he would be in a position to assume massive tyrannical powers over the United States.

Do you think we can allow him to remain in office for another three years?
