Minnesota Congresswoman Omits “Under God” from Pledge on House Floor (Video) from All American Blogger

FOUND ON:  ALL AMERICAN BLOGGER (I highly recommend this blog)

Minnesota Democrat Betty McCollum lead the Pledge of Allegiance on the House floor recently and didn’t say the words, “Under God.”
Her staffers said that during that time of the pledge, she was taking a breath.  That was before the video came out.  Watch for yourself and you can clearly see, she simply doesn’t say it:

What I find interesting is how her office initially denied she omitted the words.  If she has a problem with saying “Under God,” then why not come out an be honest about it?  If this is a matter of saying there’s a separation of church and state, then be a proud progressive and say you stood up for whatever it is you think you are standing up for.
But why would you do this and then lie about it?  Is there a quota on lies liberals have to tell each year and you were one short?  Honestly, it makes no sense.  Unless, of course, you know that mainstream America would have a bigger problem with you editing God out of the pledge than with you taking a breath, and you didn’t think you’d get caught.
I admit, I had no idea who this woman was before I watched this video, so I went and looked at her campaign website.
It’s like a straight A grade card for leftists.
Her district is solid blue, so it’s not likely she’s going anywhere.  A Democrat has held that seat since 1947 and she’s been there since 2001.
