WE THE PEOPLE SEEM TO BE TOTALLY IRRELEVANT :

From what I can gather, there are two main areas where WE THE PEOPLE are being treated like we are totally irrelevant as far as our elected officials go. Actually there are many areas, but the two most important concern the Health Care issue and the Obama Birth Certificate issue.



Despite the marches, rallies and town hall meetings, Congress is still pushing for some form of government controlled health care system. They have many different plans, but in the end they all lead to some form of government program now with complete government take over in the near future.



As I have stated before, retired Judge Andrew Napolitano, who appears often as a guest on various Fox News Channel shows, most recently was yesterday, emphatically states that it is totally unconstitutional for the federal government to even be involved in health care, but they are using one Amendment to break another, and feel that they can do as they please.



The second area concerning Obama's constitutional eligibility to hold the Office of President, seems to be going no where in the courts, despite the yeoman efforts of California attorney Orly Taitz and over 400,000 signatures on a national petition to have the case heard in the Courts. Both the lower courts and the U.S. Supreme Court keep refusing to hear the cases brought claiming that those who are bringing the suits do not have standing or that the suits are frivolous.

In the latest case, Judge Clay Land rejected another request for restraining order from a medical doctor and Army officer and threatened sanctions against attorney Orly Taitz if she files any future "frivolous" actions with his court. He described Taitz as a "self-proclaimed leader in what has become known as 'the birther movement.' … Her modus operandi is to use military officers as parties and have them allege that they should not be required to follow deportation orders because President Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be president." Furthermore, he noted that "Congress is apparently satisfied that the president is qualified to serve. Congress has not instituted impeachment proceedings, and in fact, the House of Representatives in a broad bipartisan manner has rejected the suggestion that the president is not eligible for office." This despite the fact that Congress NEVER properly vetted or investigated Obama the way they did Sen. McCain. Obama has NEVER produced a valid vault form Birth certificate nor allowed the opening of his school and college records. No proper investigation was ever done.

Since Congress appears hell bent on doing what they want despite the protests of We the People, and since the Congress refuses to do a proper vetting of Obama, and the possibility exists that he may be an imposer president, I strongly believe that we should hold another march on Washington, D.C., this time directly on the United States Supreme Court and demand that they STOP Congress and Obama from usurping power by getting involved in Health Care and all the other things that the government has no Constitutional right or power to be involved in, and to also DEMAND that they FORCE Obama to produce a legal vault form Birth Certificate and make public any other pertinent records.

We MUST let our elected officials and our Courts know that when it comes to possible violations of the U.S. Constitution by our elected officials, or those appointed by them, EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN HAS STANDING!

He (Obama) has rejected the will of the people.



He is attempting the overthrow of our Constitutional Republic by attempting to form a Socialist Union with himself as Dictator.



He has offered aid and comfort to our enemies.



He has usurped the powers of our Constitutionally formed Congress, by installing policy makers (or "czars") who are unaccountable to the people and the duly elected Congress.



He has combined with others (Principally, certain equally despotic Democrat legislators) to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:



For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent.



For altering fundamentally the form of our Governments.



In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A President, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.



We, therefore, the people of the United States of America, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these United States, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of right ought to be Free and Independent States, that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to Barack Hussein Obama, and that all political connection between them and Barack Hussein Obama, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. — And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.



We must do whatever we can to protect our freedom and liberty. We must first ask Obama, politely, to resign. If that doesn't work, we must initiate impeachment proceedings against him to have him removed.



If that doesn't work, we must be prepared to shed blood in defense of our Republic and our liberty.
