The Oracle:

Yesterday, the members of the of the House of Representatives caved into the pressures placed upon them by their Messiah, Obama, and with their lips planted firmly to his dark and rank posterior, they passed the "Cap and Trade" Bill, another one of the would -be-Caesar's "MUST get passed this year or we will face dire consequences," pet projects.

Woe to thee, O ignorant mortals, creatures of dubious worth. Those who sit ensconced upon your thrones of power, ye who seek after vain glory. Have ye no knowledge of the sufferings which your misguided actions will unleash upon your fellow citizens, or do you care not?

Is a fleeting moment of perceived power worth the destruction of your country and the agony and despair that will befall those who, in trust, placed you upon your pedestals, that you would blindly follow your Dark Prince to the very precipice of damnation and then gleefully jump off at the snap of his fingers?

Sees the following woes befalling the down-trodden masses of the once great and mighty United States of America:

2 1/2 million jobs lost for good;

Taxes doubled, tripled or perhaps quadrupled, thus enslaving generations to come to a lifetime of indentured servitude to a corrupt government;

Doubling or tripling of utility rates, gasoline for automobiles, the cost of goods including food, along with a steep increase in rental rates for homes and apartments.

Woe to thee, O men and women who deem yourselves to be as gods, for when you have finally provoked the wrath of the people and they rise up in righteous anger against thee, there will be blood in the streets, perhaps even in your hallowed halls of government, in the very chambers where you have committed your treachery against your people and country.

Where then wilt thou flee, O workers of evil? Where wilt thou hide? For with your passage of unjust and unlawful legislation, thou hast signed thy own death warrant, and your days are numbered.
