TAKING STOCK OF WHAT WE GOT:

PERHAPS WE SHOULD TAKE A WORD OF WARNING FROM A VOICE ACROSS THE POND:

Those of us who had the common sense not to vote for Barack Obama are now filled with a sense of foreboding at his election, but we can take comfort in the fact that we are not alone, we have a friend across the pond by the name of James Delingpole, a British citizen who wrote the book titled: "Welcome to Obamaland: I Have Seen Your Future and It Doesn't Work."

Delingpole is well aware of where America is headed, because he saw his own country slide into a morass of a bloated sprawling government that will slowly start to suffocate its economy, liberties and culture, and he says that is exactly where we are headed. "You might as well call it socialism, because that is exactly what it is," Delingpole stated.

In Britain it came in the guise of the smiling Tony Blair and "left the British bulldog castrated, whimpering, and sick," says Delingpole. Here in the U.S. it is coming in the guise of the youthful, smiling Barack Obama, but says Delingpole, "The end result will be the same: the brave, independent American eagle will become the American turkey, oven-basted by the nanny state of Obama, Clinton, Pelosi and Reid."

This gang of socialist liberal nut jobs will force us into socialized medicine that will make us fearful of going to the doctor no matter how sick we may be. We will have eco-fascism that will force us to spend millions, if not billions of dollars that may very well ruin our already shattered economy, for what? To protect whatever species these leftis loons deem to be endangered, while at the same time, they enact laws to increase the number of abortions and use taxpayer money to pay for it, while they also hand out condoms and birth control pills and devices, also paid for by the taxpayers, to prevent as many births as possible, because apparently children are a drain on the economy according to Nancy Pelosi.

Then, as if that isn't enough, they will sit with their thumbs up their collective butts and do absolutely nothing about immigration reform or to secure our borders, leaving us to wonder just what country we are living in any way. Instead of securing our borders, the liberal lunatics will further dumb down an already screwed up public school system, with much more PC craziness, such as banning any and all "competitive games" because they might upset our children's tender egos. They will put our country into such decline that we may have to move to Kosovo or Somalia to live the "good life."
